They have tons of products in stock and gladly spent time with me to make sure I knew how to operate them when I got home. They took down my information as they wanted to register the products with Stihl for me. While I was there, all of the other business was for servicing. I have a trimmer and will bring it back for service but probably not until later in the year as they are trying to keep up with servicing requests now (early summer).
