I love that I can walk to one corner and easily find what I'm looking for instead of traipsing around for twenty minutes. Second, I found that everything here had pretty reasonable prices. I went to TJ Maxx and Marshall's before heading here and the prices were comparable... at least for what I was looking for. I walked out with a few items for my bathroom and several for my kitchen and it was all for roughly thirty bucks. I went home and geeked out, cleaning both rooms and getting things situated. I am not going to drop 6 to 8 grand on closets and wait so long for an install. California Closets, pay your installers more and attract more installers. Instead I was told ( in a look down your nose at me voice) we are custom and that is why it takes 4 months. "It sounds like you are looking for a DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT. Sorry that is how long it takes if you want custom. " --- Please teach your sales people to not talk down to customers. She had an absolute snooty tone when telling me this. I have served as the GC for several custom homes and it took me at 4 months and 6 months to build the entire house but California Closets wants to sell me their crap of because it is custom that is why it is going to take this long. Tell your customers that you are being hit like everyone is in shortage of people that want to work. Thanks for the insult. Lol, I'm not looking for a DYI I'm looking for a custom closet from someone that doesn't insult their customers and lie about why it takes 4 months to install.

The homeowner was then forced to pay thousands of dollars to pay another company to do a mold remediation. Why? Totally unethical.
