I purchased a set of power steps for my 2-door Jeep through Pro-Sports and had them installed there. Joey set it up and took care of the installation when they arrived. He even went so far as to give me a ride home when i dropped my Jeep off for the install. The installation was perfect, but the steps had a defective module. Ultimately, the manufacturer sent me a replacement module and electronic harness for the setup, and I went back to Pro-Sports to have the switch made. Joey and crew knocked out the reinstallation in less than two hours, and so far so good. In any event, Joey suggested I reach out to the manufacturer to see if I could get reimbursed for the cost of the reinstallation, and the company actually sent me a check for the full amount. Pro-Sports, as personified by Joey, was friendly and patient as we worked through the issue with the steps, including trying a number of "fixes" suggested by the manufacturer before we realized it was the module. Stopped by this place last week to get some prices and buy a gift certificate. An employee came out of from the back and gave me some prices. I asked to buy a gift certificate and he said the owner wasn't there. He asked me to leave my name and number on a note pad, which I did. Never received a return phone call. I went here to get my windows tinted. I called them in the morning and got an appointment the same day. I came a little early he took my car 10 minutes earlier and when I asked how long will it take he said 45 minutes. In my head I was thinking "yeah right" . To my surprise he finished in 35 minutes! My car looks amazing! He wasn't a very talkative man but the work shines through! If I ever need window tinting service I will definitely come here again. Mid April of this year I saw the class 1-2 trailer hitch on my 2015 Buick Encore was at a negative angle. I found the mounts on the rear body box tubing had almost torn through with a chunk missing from the right rear tubing next to the brake line tube. My wife and I were in Memphis as was the trailer we pulled; a 4' wide by 10' long cargo trailer. The 7 years of use had metal fatigued the mounting points. I called 3 welder fabricators in the Memphis area if they would take on the job after I sent pictures; all refused. I drove home, leaving the trailer in my sister-in-laws driveway in Memphis. I contacted 3 bodyshops out here; no-one wanted the job. I remembered Joey at Pro Shop, spoke to him, showed the pictures; "No Problem" was his answer. I picked up my car, with the new traier hitch I supplied, mounted today 7-28-14. Joey, the owner then explained the new hitch mounts he welded and bolted in and the fully repaired rear body box tubing. Pro Shop Motorsports are amazing fabricator/welders. Joey and his team did an amazing job on our Yukon. We are stoked with the work these guys do. Leveled the front with 20" Fuel wheels and the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Blacked out the grille and the badges with Magnaflow Exhaust this thing sounds as mean as it looks! I do not recommend this place very bad customer service if you want to wait one hour just to ask a question so they don't even answer

I had my automobile windows tinted back in 2002. After 16 years the tint turned purple and began to peel. I took my car in to see if they would honor the lifetime warranty that was given to me at the time my car was tinted. The Manager of the business told me that the warranty was no good because he took over the business in 2004 and my car was tinted in 2002. The Manger went on to say that he no longer uses Solar Gard film because it has problems. I took a look around the shop and could see several places that showed they use Solar Gard film. In fact after walking outside the business I could see a 4x6 foot banner on the side of the building stated that Solar Gard tint products are used there. In Oxnard, we found Pro Shop on Yelp. 5 stars sounded good, so we called and talked to Joe. He knew we were trying to get back on the road, so he took great care of us, installing an air bag suspension system and heavy duty shocks. Horrible experience! I took my 2019 Mercedes CLA (Feb. 2019 to get 4 windows tinted and when I picked it up I couldn't use the push to start to start my car! I had to take it into the dealership to get it fixed. Luckily there was no charge since my car was brand NEW and was under warranty, but I did have to waste MY time to take it in. I got another Mercedes and took it in only because my family has taken over 5 cars to get windows tinted and mine was the only one that had had a problem. I took it in a few months ago (Nov. 2020) and they messed up my left side window! As I started my car and was driving away my left side window began to roll down by itself. It did this a few times, even in the freeway! I also had to take it in to the dealership and again, it was covered because my car was only a WEEK sold, but this should not have happened! Clearly they should not work on luxury cars if they don't know how. Oh, and no DISCOUNT from the shop for these inconveniences either! read more

My husband and I met joey 10 years ago. He has worked on my BMW. (Both of them). My Yukon was given an entire makeover. He lifted it and provided tires and all the trimmings. He has given my Tacoma a lift as well and has always been there for all of our needs. He and his staff are very friendly and honest. Proshop will not take you for a "ride" unless you need a lift home while your car is in the shop. Which he has personally done for me a couple times. His honest work and enjoyable personality keeps me going back for any car issues I might have. I was driving my elderly moms subaru and recently there was a new noise in the right front. I called joey and stopped in. He drove it and diagnosed the issue. A bolt had come loose. He fixed it with no charge. This type of car professional is what this world needs more of.
