Robert and his guys do excellent work. They have tinted all of my cars over the past 7 - 8 years. The tint is great quality and does not fade or change colors. They work quickly and the cars look great afterwards. They only do walk-ins. So if you are in a hurry, get there 1/2 hour before they open to be first in line. In my experience the shop gets busy, so getting there early makes a big difference if you want to wait for the car. Terrible...only brought my car here because of the positive yelp reviews. Yelp, you steered me wrong. They have unusual tint grades, not your normal 5%, 20%, 35%, and 50%. They have 5%, 25%, 40%. I have had two other cars done with 20% in the back and 35% in the front elsewhere, so I went with 25% and 40% since it's only 5% different. HUGE DIFFERENCE apparently. I got my brand new '14 Cadillac back with an ugly, very light, green-hued tint that looked the same in the front and back, bubbles everywhere, and wrinkled tint on the driver window. As well as shoe marks all over my beige leather and stains on my suede door accents (I let those issues go though). When I brought the tint to the man's attention, he justified it like, "It's just your car's windows that make it like that. And bubbles are normal, it's just dust trapped in the window." what am I paying you to do it for? I would have done it myself if that's the case. He told me to wait 3 weeks for it to dry...I did. No difference. I came back and asked for it to be re-done, received an incredible amount of attitude. Just plain RUDE. "Whatever, we'll do it over, but you better be ready for bubbles again because that's part of it." I told him he could strip it off and return my money, to which he exploded and his friends came out of the garage to try and intimidate me. After yelling at me, he finally agreed to give me back $80 of my money, but didn't strip the tint. "You better bring it back to show me you got it re-done and I'll point out the bubbles to YOU!" I took it to Soundz Good Stereo and had to pay that $80 for tint removal and get it re-tinted THE RIGHT WAY. I'm happy now, but had to go through hell. Next time pay $20 more elsewhere and get a great tint job and great service. read more

Reflecting on other reviews I feel maybe I should have waited a few days for some of the more reputable tinting companies to have an opening. I was referred to this place by a friend who had the windows on his BMW done here. He was very pleased with the results, that weighed in on my decision to take my car here. I dropped my G37 off at 9:30am and as I was number "4" on the list decided to leave it and run some errands with friends. They called at 2:30pm to inform me my car was ready. Upon arrival I did a quick walk-around to inspect the car prior to paying. During my walk-around it noticed a scratch on the paint on the passenger door. Having just washed the car prior to taking it over there and being meticulous about my cars I know where the imperfections are (and there aren't many - the car is only three year old, garaged and hand washed). I approached the gentleman I left the keys with and asked if he minded doing a walk-around with me. He agreed. I pointed out and asked about the fresh scratch on the car and that's where things took a hard left turn. He quickly denied that he or his technicians could have possibly done that stating he had previous body shop experience and that the scratch had been there for "years." As my car is not "years" old and informing him I had just finished washing the car I knew it wasn't there. I was appalled when he then stated, "...well your car isn't," and then stopped. What! Brand new??? Apparently because I only drive a G37 and not a Bentley it's ok to damage my car. And then he actually said, well you have a small scratch on the bumper (which I did, and is small and I didn't accuse them of doing) so he had obviously known the condition of the car prior to the tint work. I was appalled that this business refused to take accountability for the possibility that something like this could have happened and refused to take ownership and offer any solution. At a minimum he could have offered to have someone (a professional) look at it and then decide the best course of action. I noted the damage on the work order and he refused to sign it. WARNING TO OTHERS: if you drive a $100k car you should be ok because their technicians are perfect. If you drive a less expensive car it's ok if they damage your car and take no responsibility. "It's not like it's a new car." This place gets a ZERO for customer service. I did rate two stars because the workmanship on the tint job was pretty good. read more

Picked it up with a licence plate indentation and scratches on the bumper, scraped up wheel rims on the passenger side and 10 miles more on my odometer. Had the tint done on my vehicle 2.5 months ago. Still had haziness. He would not honor any warranty on the tint even though 2 windows were clear and only 2 had haze still. Said he would charge me again to redo it. Will not recommend this shop to anyone. If anything goes wrong with it he will charge you instead of honoring the warranty he said comes with it. read more

Dropped off my car early Saturday. I believe the tech's name is Robert. ( bald dude i think...) anyway they only had three shade options; 5, 25 and 35( I went with the 35%). And premium tint...I was promised that the car would be ready by 2pm since there were about 4 cars ahead of me. Service was quick and so far it looks like all the bubbles are gone. I still have not rolled my windows down So im just using the AC or leaving the sunroof open. The tint looks good and the price was lower than all the other quotes from the area definitely recommend this place! read more

I've gotten 4 cars tinted here now with no issues. 3 of those vehicles were several years ago and I haven't had any bubbling in all that time. I'll admit I was hesitant after reading the recent reviews however I had a great experience in the past so I went to them again when I bought my new VW. A month later and I still haven't had any issues. All I can say to those people who might have had a less than favorable experience is that you really need to follow the instructions and don't roll down your windows for 2 weeks and don't use Windex and you should be okay. Be prepared to leave your car there for several hours to get the job done right. The process is pretty slow but you'll be happy with the results. read more
