I called to ask if that's "normal" to see Aaron's response. They said no obviously. I asked if they clean the fridges between uses because this one was visibly dirty and smelled terrible and they assured me they clean them between customers. We were in a bind as our fridge went out and we can't get a new one from Lowe's delivered for a week or two. Disgusting to see roaches come out of the fridge that we are renting for a week. I refuse to use it. DO NOT YSE AARONS FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF ITS FOR ONE DAY, if the fridge has roaches, I'm sure all of their items do as well. Sickening!

I like to wait on my reviews to make sure I have no regrets or issues, and I can say 1 year later I am happier than when I first got it installed. TLDR: I would highly recommend Tony and his team for his work. I will personally be using them again and have recommended them to others already. Excellent service, responsiveness and genuine customer service. Tony works with you not just for you. He worked with me on within my budget and timelines, and provided great suggestions, options and education to make sure I ended up with the best outcome. Everyone with his company I interacted with was professional, nice, and great at their jobs. Finally, he worked just as hard after the install and payments to locate grill covers for my recently purchased speakers. Which was hard as due to budget/value we went with end of model life options so the grills were no longer being produced. I may have gotten last two in America. This level of follow-through and post-sale support is rare today.

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.
