The delivery was on time. They removed our old fridge and brought in the new one. These guys were so respectful and hard working! We had one issue and contacted the store. We went by there the next day and spoke to Shane. He helped us and made us feel like a valued customer. I can't recommend them enough. I truly appreciated how well they took care of us.

When I spoke to the owner about this and told him how disrespectful and abusive Tammy was, he said he would take care of it. Never happened. I really think this office person has a deep psychological problem and I would hesitate EVER recommending this company to anyone. This company also goes by a few different addresses, their receipt said Ft Crockett, Galveston, and their website says LaMarque. If this company is able, I would not put it past them to post a nasty response as well.
