Dr. Nathan Kahm is a very proficient and caring Chiropractor. This is hard to identify at other locations, because most just start adjusting without knowing the complete extent of spine issues. I have been to the Medford and Central Point locations for chiro care, at least 3 times during the few months. Each time, multiple employees had their masks under the chin, or their noses hanging out over mask, and clients walking into the clinic and sitting in lobby with NO mask. Is this okay in a medical facility, where the Dr is physically in contact with you while doing manipulations? The Doc did wear a mask, but if the last client is coming out NOT wearing a mask, kind of gives you an idea on their Covid protocol. Jackson County has some of the highest Covid cases in Oregon, so I guess this is why! I did contact Pro Spine with my concerns, and they stated that this was unusual, and they would talk to their employees. But the fact is, it's just BS. I have been there 3 times, and it was always the same. If you care about Covid protocols, this is not the place to go. I was a long time client at this clinic. Recently when I called to book a massage and adjustment, I was informed they were booked out until October. 5 months . For a client who has been seen since this clinic opened and well before. The last few time I has been seen. I felt rushed. Not listened to. Hardly adjusted.The massage I received was less than par. Shepoked around. Stuck her elbow in my back,patted my feet and called it. 40 minutes . Not 60. I am so very disappointed. Seems as if Corey has lost his need to heal to the sound of cash coming in. After getting massages for years, seeing doctors and pulling my upper back three times it was Corey who realized my left shoulder and arm were structurally compromised. With this knowledge, I was finally able to understand why my left shoulder always felt tight and work on a revocery program with a PT to strengthen the muscles that were never used since I over compensated with my trap. Corey also got me into the Graston technique, which works on the fascia. Working on my fascia over time has dropped my left shoulder, so it's pretty similar in height to my right now. My left shoulder looked an inch or more higher then my right forever - not anymore! Corey knows the body so well and made me feel comfortable when cracking my back and neck - something that I was always nervous about in the past. He's the only Chiro I see in Oregon. read more

Corey saved my son's life although he didn't even know it until tonight! Finally I got to thank him in person. 3 years ago we went to see him for my son's neck pain(he was 12). From the beginning I was impressed with how Corey looked at everything going on with my son. After a couple of sessions, Corey recommended that we get an X-ray as he suspected scoliosis. Now my son had been checked regularly for this and his doctor had missed it! Sure enough the X-ray showed scoliosis and Corey recommended that we see an osteopath or an orthopedist. The orthopedist suggested an MRI and discovered a Chiari Malformation. My son was a competitive hockey player at the time. His neurosurgeon said that at any time either through being hit playing or just stepped off a rock hard, my son's neck could have snapped. My son went on to have neurosurgery for that and later scoliosis surgery. He is now pain free thanks to the diligence of Dr. O'Neil. You could not be in better hands. Forever grateful. read more

As a marathon runner and Ironman triathlete, I train daily and sometimes we endurance athletes need a little TLC. I have always been skeptical of chiropractors for sports use (as opposed to Physical Therapists or trainers), but Dr. O'Neill is basically all of the above. He IS an athlete (a darn good one), completely relates to your injuries and understands them, and treats everyone that walks in like it's his personal mission to get you moving again. I'm pretty sure he has laser-vision for muscle knots and can find them just by looking at your back (or wherever the knot is). With a little tweak or massage, he can make you feel like you've been doing yoga for hours. He is funny, honest, and genuinely cares about you!
