Visiting Medford and needed an emergency visit to a chiropractor, Dr. Warren squeezed me in on his lunch break and spent a solid hour trying to help me! He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He then went even further by meeting me the next day on his day off to work on me one more time before I flew home. It's so rare to find such an extraordinary person like Dr Warren. All chiropractic needs. Laser treatments and massage care. When I went in I could barely move my right leg. Dr Warren is amazing. After three weeks of treatment I feel as good as new. I called before going in to see if they accepted and billed Medicare. The phone receptionist said ,"Yes." When I got there for my appointment, I found that their phone receptionist had forgotten to tell me that the chiropractor charged $140 for the exam (which can't be billed to Medicare), and some unspecified amount for "modalities ". Of course I did not take the appointment. A big waste of my time and theirs. seems they do not train their front office staff well, unless they are purposely telling staff to get people into the office under false pretenses to then cajole unsuspecting patients into an awkward situation which pressures patients into feeling they need to pay their extra fees. read more

I have been a chiropractic patient for close to 40 years and Dr. Michael Warren is my ninth chiropractor. He is the best chiropractor I have ever had. In 30 seconds he diagnosed what eight other chiropractors couldn't figure out in over 30 years. Crater Chiropractic is innovative in their treatment plans and handle their patients very professionally with a great sense of humor. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have an awesome massage therapy department that I utilize every three weeks. They are life changers. Take it from someone who knows chiropractic care. WOW!!!!! I was so impressed! The gals in the front office area were incredibly sweet and greeted me immediately. The assistant who took me to the exam room was very friendly and professional. Then the doctor came in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!! !'s are necessary. He lit up the room. He was extremely kind, very funny, extremely personable, and immediately put me at ease. He gave me the most thorough initial exam I've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable. He used so many big words, I almost thought he was making them up. LOL! It can be tricky finding a good chiropractor that does not try and sell you on some shady technique. I had a good one out in Ashland but needed something more convenient, closer to home. I went to four Chiropractors in the Medford area. What a bunch of scammers. Both with their techniques and their billing. When I found Mike and his staff it was a relief to say the least! Unfortunately my back needs maintenance pretty regularly. When I leave this office I feel great. Friendly and professional from the office staff, to the massage staff to the Chiropractors themselves. You can also tell the employees enjoy working there and I feel like that makes a huge difference in any business. I would highly recommend giving Crater Chiropractic a shot if you are broken! read more

I love this place, I have been to others in the Valley. I feel that I got the most from Michael he is constantly updating his knowledge and equipment. He uses ultra sound, electric stimulation, you get a massage at the end with a hot pack. I don't want to go to another chiropractor. Thank you Michael Warren! read more

First, i feel much better after having been treated there off and on for a couple of years. However, I will not return. The office staff leaves a whole lot to be desired. They used to be great but there is a lot of turnover, possibly because they are only open about 29 hours per week, so there is a whole lot of unprofessional behavior. I have recently been treated there about once a week. I pay in full after every appointment. So I was stunned to get a $300 bill in the mail. Um, what? Billing person said it was because my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic. Which they knew all along. So they have been applying $20 to my deductible (for coverage I don't have?!?) and splitting the rest between chiropractic care and "physical therapy." I go to an actual physical therapist, and I don't recognize anything that happened at CC as that. So if I am paying $85 per appointment out of pocket, how much more do they want?!? Additionally, there is a girl that work there that don't seem to get what is supposed to be happening. She never ices my back (which the Dr always does and tells me to do at home.) the last damned straw for me was having her scold me, both in the exam room and again in the lobby, for removing a delicate piece of equipment after waiting on her for more than 10 minutes. Yeah, I get that it's expensive. I HAVE ONE AT HOME. So even if we don't concede that I know how to do that, which I do, can we at least lose the attitude? I am a damned combat veteran, not a naughty toddler. Not the first time I have felt completely disrespected there. But it certainly the last. So I will pay the outlandish bill before I start looking elsewhere. Bottom line, get a quote upfront so you know what they will be charging for, and don't let them do anything you haven't authorized beforehand. Those unexpected add on fees can only be avoided if you see them coming. Forewarned is forearmed. read more

I've had a great experience at Crater Chiropractic. Dr. Warren really listens to you, and asks lots of questions. He's knowledgeable about different treatments and therapies, but isn't a salesman. I came in for an appointment recently and was very disappointed. I do have to say, Mike was amazing as usual but the gal who was working front desk was very unprofessional and rude. I noticed her making rude remarks under her breathe while checking me in, as well as giving me complete attitude and dirty looks the whole time. I felt very unwelcome. This is upsetting because finding a good chiropractor around here is rare, however I will not be returning until they have respectful and classy staff who treat patients correctly. I am dumbfounded by the immense disrespect.... I hope he can get proper staff working for him to keep up the great work he does because I guarantee people will not be coming to him much longer if they are greeted the way I was. read more

Excellent Chiropractic care. They use laser therapy, massage therapy and other treatments. Staff is very friendly and professional and everyone seems to really care and love what they do.
