Many of the massage therapists are AMAZING, as well as Chiropractor, Dr. Shaw. I apppreciate the time taken with patients to find out what they are in need of, and as a result can provide thorough treatment. The pain relief I experience is directly due to their quality care. The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxing, unrushed and clean. You can feel the cohesiveness of the staff at Axis Health. After hurting my neck and back, a day and a half before my sons wedding, I thought I was going to be out of luck trying to get it fixed in such short notice. I hurt so bad I could barely move. Holy smokes, these guys not only got me in, but worked on me for quite awhile that day. They work their magic on my neck and back, at least thats what it was like for me. Where do I begin? The front desk receptionist is always kind and quick to help once they're finished with a task. All of the employees I've interacted with (at least 8) have been professional, helpful, and often ask me if I'm comfortable ect. as for Dr. Baker he's always attentive, professional, communicates, and LISTENS to me. He asks specific questions about my symptoms and how my body is reacting to treatment which is super important in my opinion. If you're looking for an establishment with amazing staff look no further, and remember healthcare is demanding so it's not always perfect. read more

The staff is friendly and work hard to schedule upcoming appointments in a timely manner. I really enjoy the text message and email reminders of my appointments. Dr. Baker saw me and put me on the top of list to be called for massage if availability opened up. They called me the next day and I had an appointment the following day. Yay! I was having some serious back problems and couldn't figure out what it was, and it's probably many things. Either way I ended up getting a deep tissue massage there by Natasia (sp?) and she did a wonderful job! She even incorporated a psoas release that was instant relief!
