I have been dealing with this company for over a month. I had my vents cleaned on January 20th. Jesse Rollinson was the employee. He missed cleaning 2 vents and when I asked him about it he initially was apologetic and rescheduled to come back. Overall he rescheduled 3 times to come back, each time calling or texting to reschedule with excuses of broken equipment, weather and a flat tire. On the last cancelation he offered a full refund and said he would have a cashiers check sent to me. 2 weeks have passed and still no refund and now he's not responding to calls or texts. Will never use this company again. The hose they used knocked chunks of paint off of the corners of my walls and also left blue stains on the paint. I contacted them several times by email and phone. I even emailed photos of the damage. The receptionist is friendly and says she will have the owner contact me, but that never happens. I understand accidents happen, but an ethical business would try to make this right. On another note, I'm not sure how clean the carpet actually gets. I couldn't see any difference. September 2018 they charged me for whole house carpet cleaning and tile cleaning in 2 bathrooms. They did not clean the tile and I was told I would get a check mailed to me for the refund. I have been trying to get a refund for 9 months. At first they would return my calls and say a refund was coming. I got several emails as well. One day out of the blue, someone claiming to be the owner called and said an employee was taking money meant for refunds and had been fired. He got my mailing address and said he was putting a refund check in the mail. Months go by. They stop returning calls and emails. Interestingly, they removed me from their mailing list the day I requested a refund. It's really sad actually. We had found them on living social in 2012. They had cleaned carpets in 3 homes and one apartment that we owned in a 6 year period. Never an issue until 2018. read more

After an unfortunate period where I had a lot of trouble scheduling an appointment, I finally got a response. Scheduling was quick. Do not use this company unless you just want to throw your hard earned money away. My carpets were not clean after they came. I called to discuss and was told I would get a call back after things were discussed with the owner. I tried calling back several times and I was very patient as I just wanted a resolution. read more

Started off redeeming a groupon and it went fine. Easy to schedule and my wife was impressed enough to buy three more cleanings. They asked specifically for a check and now we know why, groupon and credit cards have charge back rules for services not rendered. I had to go through groupon and the BBB just to get them to respond with proof of my purchase and they stated no refunds. About 4 months into this they haven't answered the phone once, returned a message, responded to an inquiry on their website, or responded to an email to schedule what we've already paid for. Guess they know small claims is a hassle and attorneys are more expensive than the cleanings. In disbelief they are still in business taking people's money and unapologetic about what they are doing to people. read more

Have used them before in the past and they did a mediocre job, the price was good so I got what I paid for. Recently I purchased a Groupon for $40 since I was familiar with the company. Well BEWARE of Groupon fine print. I was 7 miles outside their service area so the extra service fee would have been an additional $40 so now I'm paying DOUBLE for 7 miles extra travel for their technician. They did not charge this excessive fee in the past. Sad...just another business with shady practices at a time when we could sure use some honest ones. read more

I do not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. They did a terrible job cleaning my carpet. I have tried to call multiple times to reschedule service, but the phone number on their website does not work. I found another number that goes to an answering service, during their hours of operation, and they are unable to help with anything. No one returns my calls. Good luck getting a hold of someone. Called for several days before someone answered. AND she books me on a totally different day and week from when I asked. The day and time that I expected to be booked comes and goes and I can't reach anyone!! I took the afternoon off for the 4 hour window of service. I finally get a call back the next week that I was scheduled wrong. After some phone tag I finally get it rescheduled. The technician (Keith?) calls at the last minute of the service window (2-4) advising me that he's 45 minutes away. Once he finally arrives (almost 5) he proceeds to say my Groupon is invalid (bought this Groupon as "buy it again" promotion offered by Groupon). He recognizes my home from the service appointment 2 years ago! He instructs me to contact Groupon for a refund. "You're already here might as well provide the service I paid for and was promised." I tell him. But he refuses. I guess customer retention isn't an encouraged practice for this establishment. If there were a fraction of a star rating it would apply here. read more
