Installation was the worse job ever. Saw them crack it and they told me it wasn't cracked? Had to call the Registrar of Contractors and the assessor came out and sided with me. There were actually 3 cracks. Worst customer service ever. read more

We found Pro Stone through Yelp though they did take two days to respond and their communication on any Q&C's a few days slow to respond ended up still being a very good business to work with. Thank goodness we got to work with Bruce during our initial walk-in show room (which is good size to find what you're looking for) who was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. Did not rush try to over or under sale us. It took about 3 1/2 weeks to get quartz counter tops in, but they showed up when they said they would and got the job done within a few hours. I do need to back up a little explain the process. First the shopping in the show room then ordered, said we'd get a call from template/measure guy within a week (we did) once they had the measurements we received an email within another week needing our approval for the fabrication to begin. The entire process wasn't to bad at all though one thing you should be aware of is they asked for 50% down on order and the remaining 50% once you give them the green light (approval) so your basically giving them the total amount before you get your product. As I said above they did what they said they would do and did a good job! just lacked in the communication a bit. Bottom line We have already recommended this company. My second Bar Table in my pool was broken again on a party weekend and I went on the search for better, more durable tables as they are super expensive and heavy.. After an exhausted and disappointing search through local pool companies, online sources, and social media, I decided to research having one made through the local stone and granite companies.. On my fifth stop I scored with Tony and the crew at ProStone.. I told them what wanted and needed and they provided the options. My previous tables had been 3/4" granite and I went with 3cm (1.25" thick) Aracruz Granite Travestine. I was quoted a very fair price and estimated delivery date. I was surprised a week later that my table tap was ready and set up a delivery date weeks earlier than expected. The boys showed up with my new beautiful Bar Table and they even got in the pool with me to install it !!!
