Their showroom is in an industrial area, and the front has no signage to indicate I was at the right place. But once inside, they had several vanities on display, and the lady I spoke to was friendly and answered all my questions. She allowed me to take all my measurements and helped me choose the correct items for my needs. When I returned the next day, she showed my husband, my mother and I the warehouse to see how the vanities would come packaged. They were securely crated and she said there would be absolutely no problem in delivering to the Hi Desert. I purchased that day. Everything arrived correctly and intact. The delivery driver was kind enough to put everything in the garage. Installation was completed two days ago, and the vanities are gorgeous!! I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend Ancerre Designs to anyone.

The sinks were only glued in by the manufacturer and not braced with any hardware.
