After I left a message asking for a return call or for the depreciation schedules to be sent, I got the attached email response. From my perspective, this was my first email from them. Not overly impressed with the lack of professionalism. Again, a simple phone call saying they had been sent would have solved the problem. At least this response prompted me to look in my junk folder, I guess. ‍

I asked her if I could set up a consultation, so she asked me what my debt amount was. When I told her, she replied that she could connect me to their website for the owner to answer one question, but they don't handle anything less than 25k. Obviously I have confusion after hearing their add on the radio. Unfortunately this experience wasn't what I had hoped for, so if your tax debt is larger than 25k, they can help you and if not... Not sure where you turn.

First of all I made an initial appointment and awaited a confirmation by email and it never came, so I called back to see if so could move my appointment up and they accommodated my request I than informed them o had not received a confirmation for my appointment and the assured me I would receive one this time which, I winded up calling them the next day when I was supposed to be there an d informed them that I still was awaiting the confirmation email and wouldn't be there because I never got an address of where to go. They of course were very apologetic and insured this would not happen again. When I finally did go down there and met with a representative i waited almost 15 minutes past my appointment time before I said something and was taken back to an office. Upon starting the consultation I was informed his rates were generally $150 per hour , and I informed him that's not what was advertised. He stated he would go ahead and take me but that's usually someone else doing the "free" consultation. This is the conclusion, he stated that basically their company specializes in ppl that have numerous unfiled tax forms and owe a lot of money. He did inform me of how I could resolve my issue and he would help me take the steps to resolve but I could do it myself. So he was honest. I give him credit for that. Just before you go down there make their services are what your looking for. And one other thing parking is VERY LIMITED. I will neither recommend or recommend, just telling you guys and gals about my experience.

I met one of these associates at a biz networking event who claimed to offer…read morediscounted payroll and top notch accounting services so I switched to them as I would rather support a local business. What a nightmare. I was with their "payroll service" for a month and never got paid it never processed correctly and I kept getting told "oh it should work now I fixed it". So I signed back up with PayChex who has never dropped the ball. My monthly financials were always late - by over a month. What a joke. Needless to say I went running back into the arms of my previous CPA. THEN of course, Miller & Associates now had access and changed all login credentials for all my state tax stuff. So I had no access to my accounts, I contacted Miller to find that those who had worked on my account were no longer there and the owner (Mike Miller) was claiming that he was not receiving password resets and did not have an email address associated with the payroll company....? That he owned? I had to spend 3 hours on hold with the state to re-set it and sure enough they verified that it was going to an address at his firm. Which I had point blank asked "do you own an email address ending in @bulldogpayroll" and he said "no, only @millerandassociates email addresses". And full on lied to me because he didn't want to deal with it. If I can prevent anyone from making the mistake of dealing with this joke of a company then I hope I save you some time and money.
