I had an 8 o'clock appointment. When I called to check on things at 1pm, it was clear my vehicle hadn't been seen. I called back at three and they said that the technician was finishing up the diagnostic. Called back an hour later and that wasn't done. When they did call back, they gave me a quote and said it would be done in a half hour. I got to the shop at that time, and waited around another 30 minutes beyond that. I was told that their man had arrived back from my test drive and they had to do paperwork. But that didn't prove to be true. Scotty and his team never treated me like this. Two stars because the 30 minute job was adequate. Update: The owner called me to apologize for how long it took. I explained that I would have had a good experience except for the terrible customer service.

It turned out that my AC system was never tightened when i got it fixed somewhere else and was causing my car to shake.They ended saving me about 800$. They even showed me my engine mounts to demonstrate that they were old but still in good condition. At the end, they visually showed me what was fixed. It's nice to know there is a place that provides quality work and is honest.

There was a sign out front about about a car wash service so I inquired. $35 for a wash seemed reasonable so I agreed and asked when the vehicle would be finished. An hour later I walked back to pick up my vehicle out front. I immediately notice the wheel wells were filthy not even touched and to find the running boards in the same original condition but clearly the wash has happened. I walk inside to pay and discover a $215 invoice. In shock I ask about the coolant service which happened to be $100. Oh well lesson learned. I pay and walk out to find the inside of my vehicle was never touched. I walk back inside and ask was the $35 wash just the exterior. The technician says "oh you wanted the inside done, we can do the inside". I simply shook my head and told him never again will I come to this establishment. $35 wash for just the exterior that looks half complete at best. What a rip off...
