He was very up front about costs and there were no 'hidden extras' of any kind. The workmanship was very high quality also. From ripping up sub-flooring, replacing drywall, plastering, painting, replacing doors, fixtures, knobs, tubs, toilets etc. Everything was very well executed. He provided suggestions on what to do, and even suggested ways for us to cut back on labor and material costs. And above all else, he even went out of his way to help us with some appliances even when he didn't have to and made sure he left the job site clean and tidy.
