Team Dajohys went so far above and beyond my expectations. From showing up on time, to staying until the job was complete to their high standards, at no point did I second guess or regret my decision to hire them. They found hidden items- light bulbs, a plate, other items that i still don't even know where they were hidden. The results were fantastic. I mean, the place was apparently disgusting! I have no idea where or how that much dirt and grime were hidden, but there it was, pile after pile of grossness! They made sure every blade on the blinds got cleaned, every nook and cranny inspected, and no stone was left unturned. I personally noted several out of the way spots that were dusty, dirty, etc prior to their cleaning. In each instance they successfully hit the dirty spots, which left me even more confident in the job they were doing. I was left so impressed that I'm hiring them for another job today! Three crew members (one women who appeared to have cleaning experience before and two men who appeared to be inexperienced) arrived and they spent 6-7 hours during which time they spent nearly 5 hours un-dusting, little vaccuming and mopping the basement. They worked at a very slow speed and were seen checking their phones while resting or trying to dust. One of them was wearing his pants very low which was riding on his thigh, certainly not a professional attire. They were using wet heavy cotton mops dripping in water which maybe be passable for the vinyl planks in the lower level but they did the same to clean my hardwood floors on the main floor. They left puddles of water sitting on the hardwood floor everywhere and I had to ask them to dry them off. One of them just left a dirty rag sitting on top of my original oil painting and that was the last straw. They still hadn't finished cleaning my main floor bathroom or the kitchen; maybe finished only about half of upstairs but I asked them to leave. They worked furiously for the last 40 minutes or so until the owner came to pick them up. I paid $625 for this incomplete substandard cleaning service. I would not recommend.
