A team of three usually accomplished the cleaning quickly, though not always to a high standard. Sometimes they inexplicably wouldn't vacuum any carpets, often left pet hair on furniture, used dirty cloths to wipe white sills leaving black smears, etc. Twice they broke delicate items of decor (only *once* notifying us because we were home and heard the crash). The second time they just tossed the broken item in the garbage. So they are a bit careless in their haste. Then they just stopped coming. Don't think we are difficult clients in any way- we quietly accepted any "oversights" as it was easier than cleaning ourselves given our work schedules. We never complained, always greeted them politely, always paid in cash. No incident precipitated the ghosting and no communication or notice was ever received. Just *poof*, never to be heard of. While confused and slightly surprised, I wasn't overly upset about the mysterious breakup. You could do worse, but you could do better for the money.

Three crew members (one women who appeared to have cleaning experience before and two men who appeared to be inexperienced) arrived and they spent 6-7 hours during which time they spent nearly 5 hours un-dusting, little vaccuming and mopping the basement. They worked at a very slow speed and were seen checking their phones while resting or trying to dust. One of them was wearing his pants very low which was riding on his thigh, certainly not a professional attire. They were using wet heavy cotton mops dripping in water which maybe be passable for the vinyl planks in the lower level but they did the same to clean my hardwood floors on the main floor. They left puddles of water sitting on the hardwood floor everywhere and I had to ask them to dry them off. One of them just left a dirty rag sitting on top of my original oil painting and that was the last straw. They still hadn't finished cleaning my main floor bathroom or the kitchen; maybe finished only about half of upstairs but I asked them to leave. They worked furiously for the last 40 minutes or so until the owner came to pick them up. I paid $625 for this incomplete substandard cleaning service. I would not recommend.
