We contacted Pro Wildlife Removal for an estimate to address a rodent issue in our attic. A technician came out on a Tuesday to assess the situation and provided an estimate, indicating the work could be completed later that week. When we called the following day to schedule, availability changed to the following Monday at noon, which we agreed to. Five minutes before the scheduled appointment, we were called to cancel due to another "more urgent" job. The technician asked to reschedule for the next morning between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., which we agreed to. The following morning, no one arrived, and there was no call or follow-up. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and missed appointments made it difficult to proceed. Given that rodent issues are time-sensitive, reliability and follow-through are essential. read more

Do not use this company!!! They do not return calls or voicemails. No note left when they come to your house to remove or do any work. Do not give you all the information needed in order to make the right decision. Also if you change your mind about not wanting some spraying then your job is not as important and move on to other jobs without finishing when they said they would. Buyer Beware!!! This company will be reported for taking advantage of an elderly man, by accepting and cashing a check in the amount of 389.00 for services that were not accurately communicated. Attempts were made to resolve the situation with the owner within a week, and the owner's attitude was "too bad, so sad." I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have bats removed. When we had an encounter with a bat in our home we knew it was time to call a professional. We Just assumed they were very popular in our area. Not knowing how it got in our home , And where they were coming from. To our surprise they were living in our attic. The same day I reached out to the company they were able to come out that same day and seal up areas to assure no more bats would get inside our home! What a relief. The whole process of the removal took a few days but the work that was done was really great, and fast. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped us through this "crisis" lol. Save your money..after 1014.00 dollars only one deceased animal was removed..going totally against what I wanted..no shows with letting me know..coming when I told them not to because the traps where not checked for 6 days..I would never do that to a animal or pay that kind of money to kill one..they said they would return 200..in a couple days...never did..maybe they should havd keep 200 an given me the rest back..in my opinion if you care for animals like I do don't use them. READ THIS if you are considering using Pro Wildlife Removal. I don't even know where to start, but this company/business...whatever you want to call it, is a scam. They will charge you for services that they will claim they completed, but haven't, and will refuse to reimburse you for services that have already been rendered by another company prior. The only way to prove this is through before and after photos of the areas they assert need to be serviced. Most of us wouldn't even consider taking before and after photos especially for a company who "claims" to have all 5-star ratings. Fortunately for myself I was a new home owner and had a recent home inspection conducted with photo evidence. Having photographic proof you miiiight be able to prove these claims to be false. I was initially quoted over $1200 for the work they said needed to be completed, I declined the "smoke test" and "antimicrobial treatment" and ended up paying $599 for "trapping and removal for 10-14 days" and covering/treating the "ridge vent" "pipe stacks" and "AC chase". The service technician did come out several times, but aside from sticking some traps in the attic the remainder of the work was already done... or never completed. When I made this realization, I brought it to the attention of the primary owner of the company, Josh Holmberg. Josh said he would come out to my house to take a look. Still claiming that most work was done by his technician, he offered to finish the remainder of the unfinished services himself. I declined. I showed him photo evidence of the areas that were to be serviced both before and after being "serviced" by his technician and that's when things started getting ugly. Josh began arguing and was very adamant about going on the roof to perform the work himself. After declining again and requesting reimbursement for the work that wasn't done by Pro Wildlife, he refused and stated that even him taking the time to come out to look things over was costing the company money. It wasn't until I brought it to his attention that, this is most likely not the first time this has happened, and that others are probably also paying for their services that aren't being treated efficiently. He told me he wanted to be done with us forever and that he was leaving and to look for a $100 check in the mail. I bet you can guess what never came. Warning others out there to look past the 5-star ratings because those too, are probably falsified. read more

I recommend nobody use this company. First, communication both with me as the consumer as well as with the owner to the employees was non existent. I would call regarding my job and the progress and received no updates. Second, I asked the employee who showed up about the time frame of finishing the job and closing off the openings and he had no idea what I was talking about, stating that he was only told to trap. Third, and most importantly, is that if you choose not to just bite the hook and blindly go for the price they give you without questions, you will receive an attitude and condescending comments about how you will get more pests that have never been an issue in your home. I simply wanted an opossum removed and openings closed, it instead was pushed to the side when I didn't want to pay almost $500 dollars for an "anti-microbial treatment". Then upon questioning the progress of the project and lack of communication, I received more attitude and condescending remarks. I had the pleasure of working with the Pro Wildlife Removal team when I found a mama raccoon and her babies! I was hesitant to set up traps, but I was worried about the safety of our small dog. So I set a live trap and we caught her within a few days. The guy came over the next day to get her, but first climbed up into the attic and removed the babies to ensure their safety and comfort. I had a pleasant experience and was glad to see their safe-handling of the raccoons. read more

I had issues with squirrels secreting themselves under my tile roof. Josh and his associates competently/professionally sealed off all ingress locations thus preventing any squirrel inhabitation. Tangentially, they returned on numerous occasions at my behest to reassure me that although I may see squirrels on my roof they were not entering any crevices and/or secreting themselves under my tile roof. On each return occasion the associate re-examined all locations that had been closed. On every return the associate was professional in nature and interfaced with me in a convivial manner. If you are having a wildlife/rodent problem, I would highly recommend using this company. They are professional, knowledgeable, informative, dependable, and reliable . We had bats two years ago. The company that came out removed the bats and caulked/sealed the area; however did not seal and close off other possible entry points so .... the bats returned. We were extremely blessed to find Pro Wildlife Removal. I spoke with Josh on Friday and Tyler was at our home on Saturday. Tyler is amazing .... he kept us well-informed of everything that was going on. The bats were removed, all entry points sealed, metal flashings installed to close off the entry points, broken fascia repaired, and attic cleaned. If there was a no star rating I would give them that.They came to my elderly parents home to remove a birds nest that was causing a bird mite problem in their home.They charged themover 900 dollars.The mite problem got worse we called them and they said they would come back if we gave them more money.We called another company,they took pictures that clearly showed they never removed the whole nest.This cause the mites to reproduce and infest the whole house.They saw the pictures and did not respond or offer to fix the mess they made! This was the first time I had to deal with a pest control company, the first time that I had a pest issue in general! I was visiting my mother in Tampa when I noticed a foul smell coming from her attic and I heard scurrying sounds. I called Pro Wildlife Removal after getting some recommendations from some neighbors. I was so happy I called them because they came out right away and found that my mom had a raccoon infestation and one of them had died in the attic which was rotting! It was 2 adult raccoons and multiple babies, so they had been in there for a while I suppose. Pro Wildlife Removal removed the animals without causing any harm to them and even cleaned up the mess. I felt that the whole process was really efficient and thorough, which was the most important thing for me.
