Called Pro Window Cleaning and got an appointment that same week! Dallin showed up early and got right to work. He cleaned all windows and screens thoroughly and cleaned the tracks as well. He went out of his way to power wash the patio lounge chairs. He took out the foam, washed the covering and let the covers dry. Then he put foam back in and tied cushions back to chairs! Super nice job! He only missed the giant bathroom mirror, which was no big deal and is easily overlooked when windows and patio were the priorities! Very good work and very good deal! Just bought a home St George it was just painted and new carpet was installed and the majority of the new furniture was going to be delivered on the following Monday and I needed the windows washed before that, they text me a bid, then I asked them if they could perform a miracle and do it now, they called me back and said they would be here by 3:00 in the afternoon, needless to say they did a wonderful job on all the windows, I would highly recommended them to everyone wanting their windows and screens done. read more

It saddens me to have to give this window cleaning company such a bad review after reading such positive reviews from other customers. I wasn't able to be at our home when the widows were cleaned and it was very important that they were cleaned well, because we are celebrating Thanksgiving here and many members of our family will be attending. My grandson and his wife were there to greet the window cleaner. We had requested window cleaning for the outside and inside windows. We had also asked that the water stains be removed from our ground floor windows. When the person started to leave, my grandson asked him why he didn't clean the inside windows. The window cleaner told my grandson that I personally had instructed Pro Cleaning not to clean the inside windows. My grandson also asked about the water stains, and the window cleaner said the water stains were between the glass sills and couldn't be removed. Although this is possible, I seriously doubt that he put much effort into the job. I managed to remove some the water stains myself earlier, with a lot of effort and some information from the internet. The stains I removed were not between the glass sills. I never spoke to anyone at Pro Window Cleaning and I certainly did not speak to the window cleaner. I have never met him and was not there when he cleaned the window. Since i have arrived, I have witnessed the poor quality of the work he did on the outside windows. There are streaks in quite a few places. Whoever cleaned these window did a poor job. That might be why he refused to clean the inside windows. Before he left, he told my grandson that he wasn't going to clean the inside windows and when my grandson ask if he could come back before Thanksgiving, he said no, he couldn't. I am going to have to try and find someone else to clean up the poor job he did. read more
