First window tinting appointment guy shows 5 hours before the appointment time and of course I was out of town but back by the appointment time, They never came back so they set up a second appointment. Second appointment it rained that day so I give them a pass can't tint in the rain completely understandable, they set third appointment . Third appointment guy never shows so my wife reaches out to them to see what happen they state appointment was for the following Saturday (this Saturday) between 8-10. Forth appointment no one every shows! Not a great way to run a business I wont be using them anymore!Way I see it is they only have one valid excuse for not coming during the time frame they! set and failed to show up for. They made my car smell worse than it did before they "serviced" it because after having the car for over three days at their place, they overlooked a puddle of water they left in the trunk. We had to call them back for that and they were very nice and apologetic. When the stains came back after the car dried again and we had to call them once more. They completely changed, the woman was absolutely rude and aggressive saying the don't want to keep coming back (well they wouldn't have to if they would do a good job to begin with!). We scheduled for later that week and they were going to try yet another enzyme... we had to reschedule bc we were rear ended and the husband/owner said he would give us a call back to reschedule bc he was very busy that week. We got the car back from the shop, still the car smelled off, the stains were still there and we called back. Now The manager/wife says I can bring the car to them once again for a courtesy touch up but she will not refund my $250 paid after they failed to do their job over and over again, and to top it off the woman/wife/manager likes to treat rightfully dissatisfied customers by insults and aggression. This is not a professional company, it's just a husband and wife that work out of their house and will take your money, do a poor job and say "deal with it" when you ask for them to fix what they have poorly done or your money back. HORRIBLE! Maricopa's worst. Of course at this point I don't want them to touch my car, I want my money back so I can take it to a professional company that can handle the job and if they can't, they will treat me with respect and make it right. read more
