Two minutes later we had an appointment in a few days. They could have repaired the next day but I had prior commitments. Don't be deterred by the area. Building is small with very little parking. Inside is clean and tidy. I was quoted 1.5 or 2 hours for the repair, nope 45 minutes later I was on my way. Wveryone I came in contact within this business was happy. Could I have gotten repaired cheaper? I don't think so, I found it affordable, fast and the work comes with a parts and labor warranty. He did the work, showed it to me and it looked good, the back windows were limo tinted and the front windows were lighter. From all appearances he completed the works as requested. Fast forward to getting pulled over and TICKETED for my tint. I wanted to fight it of course because I thought I didn't have illegal tint. First step, I took it to get measured at a different tint shop and that guy told me it was actually 17% which is illegal, in AZ the front can only be between 30-36%, he said it was probably just a mistake and he would fix it if he had put it on. I went back to Omar, he denied making a mistake, but also kept saying "I don't remember the conversation" I told him "of course you don't remember you talk to several people everyday but I only talked to you once and I was very clear about not wanting anything illegal because I didn't want to get pulled over" I asked him "are you saying you're incapable of making a mistake?" He said "no, but I always do what my customers tell me". Then I asked him point blank "so you're not gonna help me?" He said "no" without hesitation. If you want ILLEGAL TINT this is definitely the place to go, he'll do it and then give you fraudulent paperwork that says he installed legal tint. However that's not gonna hold up in court, only test readings will so keep that in mind. If you don't want illegal tint go somewhere else or buy a tint meter and meter it before you leave. I had no knowledge of the actual tint percentages until this whole fiasco, but if you go here that's some homework you'll need to do first. You just can't trust this guy. If he responds, I anticipate his response will demonstrate his inability to accept responsibility! ....like he did with all his other bad reviews.

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.
