My 2001 Jetta broke down and I was temporarily working in Kelowna so I asked my normal repair guys…read morefrom Kamloops who they suggested and they had suggested this company. Upon arrival. I realized that all the cars in the parking lot were very fancy and high-end. They were really nice. However, the quote was an abysmal price for the work that need to be done on the steering rack. When they sent me the quote it didn't have a alignment part in the quote, so I had to call them to make sure that they would properly align my steering wheel again after replacing all of those necessary parts. The person responded saying oh yes, I guess we should do that as well. The frustrating thing about this is that this is a basic necessity for replacing the steering rack, yet they remembered to include an entire engine wash which costed over $150. I did appreciate that they did a full inspection including pictures which was available online for me to look at, however, without my knowledge of cars I would have been ripped off by thousands more of dollars. It helped justify the cost when they sent my car back with a real flower in a vase in the cup holder (sarcasm).
