The customer service at the front is awesome. So far I have seen Katie and Keli. I have gotten the best results so far from Keli but they use do very different techniques. Katie does visceral manipulation and Keli does craniosacral. Sometimes the craniosacral gives me more pain later in the day. The scheduling is a little frustrating because they don't go past 5 and they don't work a full monday-friday. I try to schedule it before I start with work but can't always make it if I end up having a 9 am appt. I wish they had extended hours after 5 so that I could get in more regularly

However, after trying massage therapy, physical therapy, yoga, foam rolling, etc. for over a year, I finally decided to give it a try. I went to Andrea based on a recommendation from a friend. She is very professional, reassuring and friendly. With the initial consultation, x-rays are taken and then she sets up a treatment plan. She is great about tailoring the adjustment to individual needs (and fears!). She was very gentle with my adjustments and we eventually found one that "worked" for me. After approx. 20 visits, my treatment was "complete" although I still see her monthly for general adjustments. I feel relief and release in the problem area, like a burden has been lifted. Another plus: her super friendly and sweet little dog Sophie, who loves to greet patients!

Tim helped me figure out ways to do exercises that I was unable to do before (I have chronic painful spasm in weak leg). Derrick, Tim & Joey helped guide me on how to tweak exercises when pain flared up. They helped me relieve pain with multiple treatments available in US Rehab. I never experienced so many options in other PT facilities I've been through. I've been through a lot of rehab beginning with learning to walk again to keeping up strength & addressing pain. Most of the other rehabs said if I'm in too much pain to do the exercises they prescribed, just skip the session. US rehab said come in because we have methods to relieve pain so I can get back on exercise program faster Tim , Derrick & Joey excel at motivating their clients & the atmosphere is fun there. For me, it made me want to work harder They teamed up to celebrate my birthday so there's also a personal relationship with clients that come ther for extended periods of time. Being a nurse, I have opinions and he is willing to discuss them with me so we can come to an answer that addresses my issues. I have been going to this practice for years and have complete confidence in Dr. Docking. He has been treating me for bilateral knee joint pain and I certainly know when it's time to go back to see him. I have osteoarthritis and I'm trying to avoid knee surgery. He tells me we still have many conservative options available. The first physician I saw there has since retired. He diagnosed me with a condition that another big hospital misdiagnosed and once correctly treated, quickly resolved. They have been remodeling their office and it is complete, I think. I find it fresher and more updated. The staff have always been very nice to me. Dr. Docking is an incredible human being and a wonderful physician. I would highly recommend him.

I can speak to my one visit there and just one of the providers, Dr. Stephen Bloom. First, the…read moreoffice itself: The waiting room is small, and the staff was sullen and unpleasant. There is a giant windowed-off area where the staff sits, behind the waiting room, and none of the staff looked up or seemed to want anything to do with the patients. No greeting, nothing. And it's impossible to actually speak to anyone if you call their office. You have to leave a voicemail message and hope they call you back. As to Dr. Bloom: He performs IME's, which are so-called "independent" (but contracted/paid for by insurance companies) medical exams, used to make determinations in disability and worker's comp claims. I was sent to an IME appointment with him. Suffice it to say that my claim was denied, despite my well-documented medical condition. I would recommend avoiding Dr. Bloom (or any other physician who performs paid IME's) if you care about integrity and professionalism. Shame on this organization for allowing this in their office.

I just finished 6 weeks of PT for a pinched nerve in my shoulder that, in addition to causing a lot…read moreof pain, also left me with numbness in my left hand. When I started here I was struggling to sleep since the pain was worse at night and any position I sat in sent pins and needles down my arm to fingertips. Working on my pottery (my current creative outlet) was difficult as I couldn't feel the tips of 2 of my 5 fingers. Makes things kinda tough when you're relying on gentle touch on a wheel. I was exhausted, sad, and stressed. But I'm happy to report that after my time here, I have regained all feeling in my hand, the pain is all but gone, and I only get intermittent tingling down my arm and when I do it's far less intense. Dave and his amazing team implemented a number of techniques including cupping, e-stim, exercises, dry needling, traction, heat, and stretching that all combined to get me back on track. He also provided me with exercises and techniques I could continue at home to make sure I continue to improve and also keep future nerve issues at bay. I could cry I'm so happy with how things turned out. Thank you, Dave for giving me full use of my hand back and for sharing great conversations around music all the while. Also shout out to Anna for being such a joy to communicate with as I was getting set up, maintaining my schedule, etc. In fact, everyone here was so personable and my appointments just flew by each time I went in.
