When asked, he told me he "doesn't normally keep his clients in the loop". Not sure who would be okay with that? --Several inaccuracies and flat out untruths in the one draft document he did prepare. --Darryl took almost no notes and asked me the same questions SEVERAL times. His assistant claimed he was just "trying to see if my answers changed", yet I'm having to pay him ($450/hour) each time. I ended up paying him almost $5,000 before cutting my losses. We used them two years ago and this year we returned for a green card renewal. There was confusion between my husband and one of the paralegals that resulted in us losing $300, in big part this was due to a mistake on our side and also misinformation from the side of the front desk ladies and their paralegal Veronica. When confronted with our complaint, she was quick to become defensive and rude; as soon as I stated that I was gonna send a written complaint she became even more defensive saying "I don't have to talk to you, this is not worth my time.." and proceeded to hang up the phone. In my opinion, the one most important thing a business shouldn't do, is hang up on clients no matter what. I could've dealt with her bad attitude as long as she was willing to talk to me, but hanging up on someone takes it to another level. We physically went in there to make a verbal complaint, and we did not receive as much as an apology for their poor costumer service. If you have immigration needs, this place can help you, but don't expect to be treated respectfully if you are to encounter any problems with their front desk or their paralegals.
