I've known him for a while and I just respect him more and more each time because he's just so professional and organized. Believe it or not, I have yet to know someone who hands you a whole folder printed with labels with all your documents organized and handed back to you. This makes my life so much easier because I didn't walk out his office with 1000 things everywhere. He got straight to the point when I arrived with my sister during her appointment and was able to squeeze me in during her time as well and I would never be as grateful he did! I'm telling you, he's worth it. I had my former accountant telling me I only qualified for $300 return for my 2022, and Bek went through everything and realized I actually could qualify for $1,300! Again, I'm just so grateful I've crossed paths.

Bek and his whole team are excellent and professional…read more Sophie from the front desk is always very friendly and pleasant. She is very welcoming while also diligent with the appointments. Now, Bek is definitely the guy you want to do your taxes with. There is nothing scarier than having to trust someone else with your money and your declarations. In this case, that is not it. You can definitely trust Bek is doing not only the best for you but also the best for filing. There are so many different expenses we, as business owners, have to spend throughout the year, and we do not even realize that we spend it due to the business. Bek sits down with you for extra time, going back to each expenditure and figuring out with you, "Okay, now let's think! let's dig deep" Thanks to having him dig deep into my expenses, I was able to take advantage of most of my filing of taxes for this year. Also, he did not have it easy with mine this year either since I had two W2s, two 1099, one Tesla incentive, and one Solar Panels incentive as well. He made magic, as always, taking all of those factors into consideration to make the best out of them and have it be the most beneficial for me. Again, thank you Bek and your team for always being so welcoming and professional. It is less and less you see this kind of integrity coming from an accountant. And not only integrity but also elevated customer service. I am forever grateful to have found one of the GREAT ones!

I was shown the entire process and had full view of the computer work being inputted. We walked through each step needed, she took her time with my itemizations, and was extremely helpful in explaining each process. I own a business, and she never sugar coated any expectations on my return or what I would owe. That's how it should be. They were very knowledgeable and at one point there was an instance she wasn't completely confident about, so she consulted the other agents and we were comfortable moving forward. I'm so impressed. The building is small and cute. Parking is in the rear. The only unfortunate about this spot is that there's no private rooms that I saw, so you're in a shared space with others. I didn't hear anyone else's information, but low murmurs.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company, period. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer. This is terrible business practice and an extremely frustrating experience. Future customers should be aware of what they may be dealing with before signing up.

I'm extremely satisfied with this service…read more I found out, about Day to Day Tax Service, online. I called the owner, Codie Eldery, a abit later. Though it was later, Codie still picked up and agreed to meet with me that same day. Thank you, Codie She explained to me how her main office had been in a car accident, literally a car drove into the building, and she needed to temporarily relocate. Though this was not good news, her new temporary location was even more convenient for me. She informed me of the items that would be helpful to have. So I gathered them, and met her there. She was there exactly when she said she would be. I really liked that. I got a sense of a very genuine person. She also brought a little humor, which made me feel more at ease. This was my first year doing business taxes, so I abit tense. She also taught me a few things, regarding deductions. She asked me general questions regarding various income. I can't stress enough how easy Codie made the process. I wish her the nothing but the best. The whole meeting lasted inside a hour, honestly, I don't think it was an hour. I left feeling easier about taxes. I am defiantly looking forward to filing with her, in the future. Thank you for everything, Codie Eldery,
