My laptop was completely inoperable, not booting. I had one guy look at it and he described it as DOA and beyond his abilities. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop. Last week I had Justin Polin from Problems Solved upgrade and put in a new hard drive in my 4 year old HP laptop. Plus upgrade and clean up my mother-laws' 5 year old Dell laptop. He came over to my house and picked up both laptops on Sunday and brought them back within two day. They both look brand new and run extremely fast and all the software has been upgraded at very reasonable price. I can't say enough about Justin and his company Problems Solved. He is good at what he does and can assess the problems on your computer very quickly. But more importantly, he is an honest businessman. He will tell you exactly what the problem with your computer is, how much it will realistically cost, and will even make house calls. Just a quick thank you for the great service! In about 12 hours total I dropped my computer off, had a damaged laptop hard drive replaced with a superior SSD, and had my computer delivered back to my house, all with seamless communication.
