My husband and I just moved to the area and needed help mounting our 65" curved TV in a tight space above our fireplace. I used Yelp's feature to receive quotes from about 10 of different companies, Practia being one of them. Doug was quick to respond and over the course of my work day, I was able to confidently pick Practia over the other companies because of their promptness to responding, their price for the job, their experience, and how soon they could schedule the service (the next day). Doug was very professional and pleasant and let me know what time to expect them to arrive. I also had the cable guy installing our cable and he mentioned that was a good thing so that they can also assist in directing where the wiring should go. Doug came by with Matt, a few minutes later than I anticipated, but within the half hour. Since we didn't have our own mount, Doug mentioned they can supply us with one which was a big convenience for us. Doug and Matt were skilled professionals and were able to mount the TV in last than an hour. Additionally, they took the time to make sure it was perfect in my eyes and they even offered to plug in our DVD player and neatly secure and tuck away the wires for a more clean look! I was very happy about that. And since my cable was just installed, they even made sure my cable was working properly. Finally, they even packed my TV box back for me to store, which was no easy feat! These guys really made me feel like they take pride in what they do and care about making sure the customer is satisfied. Unfortunately, when I reached back out to them a few months ago to perform some maintenance on the cameras and provide a design for a larger smart home with AV, Doug strung me along for months before finally coming out to take a look and has since gone dark again. I saw some of the recent negative feedback about no responses for small jobs, but it doesn't see they are interested in any work . At least respond that you're not interested or don't have the capacity. I can respect that. But don't waste people's time. I thought I was being gracious over the holidays and hung in there based on their past work, but something has changed and I would not recommend them anymore.

They did multiple cable drops and installed new switches and equipment for our network. They also setup a wireless network for us. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, they coordinated everything with the cable company for our high speed internet connection.
