Didn't really get the job done. She charges $156 upfront for three attempts, which I found out later was only her knocking on their door. I think she can do it if it's a simple service. However, if the person is evading, obviously they would not open the door. Save your money and find someone else that will do more to get it done. It's stressful enough to deal with your case. You shouldn't have to worry about the service part of it if you're already paying someone to do it. Also, if it's just door knocking, a regular mail man can do that for you if you pay for "certified mail" and that's going to cost you $15 at most. For three attempts, that's only $45. If you have family court issues and spent time at Windows 6 and up then eventually you'll need to have the other party served. This is a rare yelp review I've done, but the first for P.S.U. after using their services for the second time. In my situation I've had services via an attorney be unsuccessful. Two years later I had reliable info and completed what I needed to myself at Kapolei court help windows then called P.C.S. myself and now can focus on my hearing date. Price of services is on par with others. 2 for 2 success rate on time. And, if I myself were to be served by this company I wouldn't have to be worried about being shamed in front of others. read more

Tammy was only concerned about the $200 I had to pay her to coordinate a paperwork exchange on a Sunday. She kept repeating herself about the cost and the $150 extra for any additional wait times. After venmoing her the $200 she rudely told me if I don't answer my phone she will leave. She did not sound like she wanted to help nor did she act professionally being that I was a paying costumer. Tammy is the absolute best!! She had been working hard on finding my defendant for the past couple of months. From our first conversation, I knew that Tammy takes her job seriously! She's professional and friendly, and she's resourceful in terms of finding the defendant. My defendant avoided work, the police, and my friend who's a detective. None of them were able to locate him. He even moved out of his apartment without a forwarding address. Needless to say, it was extremely hard to track him. I found Tammy via an internet search, and what a lucky find she was! Tammy is an excellent and professional process server with very reasonable rates. I can see why she has a 100% success rate. She was super resourceful in obtaining intel on the person I needed to have served. She learned of his daily habits, whereabouts, and some aspects of his personality all on her own initiative. All of which led to successfully serving him without him even knowing it was coming. She followed-up with retrieval of court documents as well as filing the documents in an extremely time-efficient manner. Tammy is as informative, helpful, and resourceful a person as you could want to find in a situation like this. Legal proceedings are not particularly fun to begin with, but Tammy patiently explained everything that was involved, WHAT she would be doing, HOW she would be doing it, and when I asked WHY, she had all the answers to set my mind at ease.
