He tried to charge me for 3 documents, saying that the document included 3 forms. The court and lawyer confirmed he was overcharging; it is one document to sign. He finally agreed to charge for 2 documents and to refund me in case the respondent wasn't found. I hired him because I was in a rush and wasn't sure the respondent was still in Oahu. He attempted to serve the document once, didn't find the respondent. I find out the respondent was in another state so I asked to get my money back.
