There were times when we needed transcripts on a rush basis. They would do their best and we'd get those transcripts/exhibits as soon as they could or they'd give us what they could reasonably get to us. I've also had last-minute depositions that needed to be scheduled. Rosenberg's were very accommodating in what I needed. Some were also on neighboring islands. They handled the conference room reservations or would direct me on who I could contact to schedule those conference rooms. I like that I can schedule a depo (oral or written) and I don't need to worry--I know it'll be taken care of. And I like the fact that they'll confirm with you ahead of time if the deposition is still going forward.
