This is the third house I have had an installation by Culligans but the first one with the Salem VA…read moreoffice. I would NOT recommend the Salem office for any installation of a water filtration system. There is MAJOR mismanagement in this office and the manager told me several times that there have been many complaints about this service person who came out to my house (who is the owners son). Initially I had Julian install the system but the hole in my countertop was too small for the water nozzle, so owners son came over the following week to Dremel the countertop hole and complete the installation. I personally talked to owners son a few days before he got here to make sure he brought stronger zip ties for the 5 gallon tank that was suspended from the wall. The owners son came out and he was totally unprepared with the equipment he needed to do the installation. He walked in the house with zero tools and then after looking at the sink he said he had to go get his dremel. He went outside at least 7 times getting equipment. It was obvious that he was ill prepared and unorganized. He did not come with the plumbing straps to hold up the 5 gallon tank for the RO system so he went to Lowe's to get. He did not bring the correct box (century link) and said it had to be special ordered but called the next day saying he found the correct one. Each and every mistake he made, he blamed it on someone in the office when HE was responsible for packing his own truck. He dumped salt on my curb that did not melt with the 95 degrees and i have a dog that walks there. I told the office I did not want him back to my house to install the century link, so Julian came out today to complete the job. I asked Julian to check the owners son work because I did not trust him. Julian had to replace the plumbing straps because the plumbing straps that were installed were a bit compromised. *** I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and craftmanship of Julian however I am very upset that this office continues to send the owners son out when Misty (the office manager) told me they have had many complaints about the owners son. An installation that should have taken one visit took 3 visits because of the incompetence of one employee and mismanagement of the office. Even though Julian did a great job, I will not be recommending the Salem office to anyone because of their mismanagement

It's best to not have any questions because she won't be able to answer them. Or if she can, you'll wait a year to hear the answer. The only positive about this place is that they did the test. Had to call for results after the time window they gave expired (and then some). Then over a month later I received a call from Clear Creek, advising me that my water was contaminated and that they could help to remedy the situation. Perhaps that would have been more valuable when they actually did the test and not over a month later. Hopefully no one is waiting this long to actually fix their water.

do not hire mark at clear creek in christiansburg, va. as a plumber, he is a total disaster who…read moredoes not know his stuff. beware: mark at clear creek he is the only certified rinnai tankless water heater installer in this area. he installed a system for me in 2007 improperly: 1. he told me my propane tanks (the size that he recommended) were not large enough to provide enough gas pressure after he installed the system. 2. a new plumber with expertise in rinnai tankless water heaters just told me: your unit has not been working right for 8 years because the installer (mark at clear creek) used a regulator designed for a bbq grill not a hot water heater. i plan to file a complaint against mark because he is a licensed plumber in virginia who makes elementary mistakes and is dishonest about them afterwards. hire anyone with expertise in rinnai tankless water heaters other than mark. his certificate of expertise from rinnai is not worth the paper it is printed on.

They were here within 40 minutes, wrote us a quote cleaning the drain and installing a clean-out T in the basement pipe to make it easier now and in the future. They had the slow drain issue cleaned out, installed the clean out T by early afternoon and were done! Price was reasonable. We will use them again if needed.
