The cleaners were incredibly friendly and professional. There were some issues with our almost 40 year old windows, but they didn't try to hide it, instead they were up front with what could and couldn't be cleaned. The price was better than I expected, definitely worth the money. Terrible service. First, they cancelled the original appointment last minute. Then when they came out they said it was exterior windows only. Then they left water in my hardwood floors. In addition, they didn't get the hard water spots off. Then said they would remove it but of course wanted to charge more. I would not use them again. read more

STAY AWAY!! This company has terrible customer service and they lie! I called and set up an appointment- I had found them on Groupons- I wanted to make sure I could get in before I bought. When I called they said they could give me better pricing if I did not buy from groupons because they would not have to pay them. We discussed sq. footage and that I only wanted one level done. When the guy showed up 1 hour late -he said my owner said I can not do your windows for the price my office quoted you and really didn't want to do them at all. They doubled their price and pretty much walked away- Bate and Switch. I wouldn't have been so upset if they would have called the day before and explained this to me. Wasted my time! read more

We have used Pro Clean windows since 2007 when we first purchased our home in Riverton and continue to do so. Steve and his crew do an amazing job! I absolutely love Anthony! He does a great job and I request him every time when I can however all of them are great! They're courteous and quick with their work, I hardly know when they're here because they are so quiet. Their prices are fair and I love knowing that they have a week guarantee on the windows if I feel something wasn't right or if Utah's bi-polar weather decides to make an appearance. They also take great care on wearing protective coverings on their shoes while inside your home which I appreciate. I never have an issue trying to get a hold of them, they are pretty quick to call back and I enjoy speaking with them when they do. Also, they do Christmas lights!!! They put them up and take them down all within a timely manner of the holiday season and are quick with that as well. I highly recommend these guys! You won't be disappointed. read more
