We have been having Lily's coming once a month for almost two years now and couldn't be happier! We typically have the same person come out each month but occasionally there is a group or someone else but the results are consistently excellent. The appointment email and text reminders are great and it's very easy to change the cleaning date when needed. Bad service!! I hired the deep cleaning service to the house where I moved a couple of weeks ago, in the time I was here with them I had to ask them to clean areas that they left uncleaned (closets) I had to leave and I trusted that everything would be fine . Very poor quality of service. Requested a move in clean. Many areas of the house were clearly not cleaned or not cleaned well. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. When I originally posted a review, Lily called and asked me to take the review down and offered a redo service, and a $50 discount on any future cleans. I had already cleaned the areas that were not done well the first time (didn't have much of a choice since we were moving in our things and didn't want to put things in dirty areas) so, I was under the impression we could get a basic clean (just bathrooms and kitchen) as a remedy for their original mistake but when i called to set that up a few weeks later, i was told I could not get those services and only a $30 discount for a basic clean and that the only thing she could offer was to re-clean the areas I had pictures of (and already cleaned myself and placed items in). Overall, very disappointing. I am pregnant and really needed the help and was so sad that I did not get the service I was promised. read more

I LOVE Lily's!! We have been having them come one day every other month for almost a year (I think today was the 5th time?). We've had a few different ladies come, but I am always very impressed at their level of detail with the basic house cleaning. It is honestly the BEST day when I know they are coming -- I wake up so excited knowing that in a few hours my home will be gorgeous! For example, they obviously mop, dust, etc, the normal things you would expect, but they also take out the trash, make the beds, tidy up (it's always so cute going into the nursery and seeing they arranged the stuffed animals on the rocking chair, etc). Today I noticed she literally wiped the soap residue off our our hand soap dispensers and washed the few dirty dishes I had in the sink. I really appreciate them! They are also super easy to communicate with - I appreciate that you can text! I've had to reschedule our cleaning twice and both times they accommodated me last minute and were really nice about it. I see there are some negative reviews here for more deep cleaning services - I have only done the regular cleaning for our 3 bedroom house so I maybe its different in deep cleaning scenarios but I am thrilled with the regular cleaning! read more

Horrible communication and poor business dealings. Me and my assistant contacted Lily to clean a house we were going to list for sale a few weeks ago. She was made full aware at least three times that this was a construction job. On the day of the cleaning, her workers show up, and demand double the agreed-upon payment because they said they were not aware that it was a construction job. Lily obviously does not communicate with her workers or they are trying to pull a fast one on the day of the service and putting her customers in a bad position. Lily and her team do a great job cleaning our South Jordan home. Everything shines top to bottom after they're done. They work with us, because we have two large dogs on site when they're cleaning. We also work from home and they've been very accommodating. The glass enclosed shower in our master bath sparkles after they're done. Not a single water spot to be found. I paid $400 for a move-in clean supposed to include floors, walls, baseboards, kitchen cabinets and drawers, refrigerator, oven, bathrooms, etc. House was vacant for a couple months before we closed and needed a thorough clean. Met someone from Lily's to let them in but wasn't able to stay and had her lock up when finished. Received confirmation later that day that the job was complete but wasn't able to return to the house for about 48 hours because packing and moving out of old place in a nearby town. When we finally moved in, house seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned at all: dust on all surfaces, food debris in kitchen drawers and appliances, clumps of previous owner's hair still in the shower drain, etc. Called Lily's for a refund and sent photos I took to document the dirtiness. Person I spoke to said they only guarantee their work for 24 hours. She claimed that if I had called the next day she would have given a full refund. Explained my move out/move in situation and she wouldn't budge. Was finally refunded only $100 out of the $400 I paid. read more
