He never spoke with me again until I showed up at the hearing, and I had followed up with his office each week, wanting to get an update and understanding of the strategy for my case. When I arrived at the hearing, he was already attending a virtual hearing for another client, utilizing his laptop, and continued to do so through my entire hearing. I dealt briefly with his paralegal, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of care and attention to my case, she apologized and said they had a lot of other cases to deal with and she just did not have time to assist with mine. Wow! I did not prevail in my case but he readily took my money, and he told me at the hearing that when he agreed to take my case he knew he was already committed to hearings for the same day as my hearing, as if he was insinuating he was doing me a favor. Our initial consultation was with Barbara who gathered information about the accident and injuries. She was very personable, empathic, explained the process in detail and in vocabulary we could understand.
