Great service at Silverscreen Regina location! A mistake was made on the spelling of my daughters…read morelast name but it wasn't the mistake of there's. When the student order form got sent to Silverscreen the students placing the order spelled her name wrong! It wasn't picked up on before it was sent to print. However, Silverscreen fixed the shirt at no extra cost to us even though it wasn't their fault! Fantastic customer service is hard to find these days but it was so appreciated today!

I had a similar experience of the other negative comment. Felt pressured when I was in the shop. I…read morejust stopped to check out the moving sale. Was told about the pricing by one staff member but she ended up leaving. The owner would not leave me alone and kept saying he would give me deals on products. Finally to get out of there I just bought the products and did not get any deals he mentioned. When I called him out on it he did not show me a detailed receipt and made up excuses of why I paid why I paid. I just wanted to get out of there and then when leaving he stops me again and tries to sell me clothes. After I got out of there I called my husband almost in tears feeling so shitty about my experience and how I was treated and pressured into buying.
