I received timely responses and they set an expectation for service which they met. Second, they were extremely thorough in the removal and clean-up process even going so far as to assure tree material was removed from my neighbor's garage roof and driveway. I swear, my yard looked better after their clean up than before! Finally, they provided great service for a rate that was lower than other bids I received. They had equipment that allowed them to enter my backyard without removing a fence, they completed a full removal of the tree, ground the stumps, and covered the site with black dirt and grass seed. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

It's a super cute store with lots of varieties, and the plants all looked quite healthy. I do think it's a little overpriced -- granted, I'm not sure what the Rochester plant market is like, but I figured it would be less expensive than Chicago, but everything was a $2-$8 more than the local plant nurseries I frequent in Chicago and the suburbs. But, the store is very cute and has lots of cute plant accessories. I'm kicking myself for not getting the cute leopard plant pot I saw. I love the atmosphere of the place, though.
