We all gone die yo. Definitely one of the best Hot Topic stores we've ever been to, with the nicest employees. HT is a fun store with clothing and accessories. They even have makeup and bags. They have shirts for all the popular emo bands, Doctor Who, famous drag queens, and lots of fandoms. The employee was really nice when we asked her about their body jewelry. And body jewelry turns us on and turns everyone who looks at us on, and makes Barbie more money, so.

At this point, she definitely knows who I am because I buy every piece of Harry Potter memorabilia. She is so helpful in every kind of way. Even making sure I had a tie for my Harry Potter costume. Anyway, I've never had an issue with any staff here, everyone is always awesome to talk to and the stuff they have can't be beat. It's my go to shop for all of my geeky needs. I will say that I wish more of their online store was in the actual store because we miss out on a lot of items because of it. Otherwise, the rewards system is good and I will continue shopping here until the day I drop. Just make this store bigger and it'll be the best!

Had to buy a new derailleur hanger due to service, a new (ridden 3x) bike has several gouges and scuffs now. The break piston was pulled in locking the hydraulic rear break out resulting in a process of pulling the bike apart to correct along with significant cable adjustments as the bike only shifted into 1/2 of its gears roughly after the service. The two stars are for the price charged for actual service sounded fair and cost $103 for the crank repair. But If I were not capable of DIY it would have cost me a lot more. My fault for overlooking the environment and shape in which the shop is kept. Will never return to shop or for service. I would not recommend getting even a simple bike fit here due to safety concerns…read more I paid $100 for a bike fit and trusted the technician to properly adjust my bike. During the fit, my saddle height was changed and the seatpost clamp was tightened using only a hex tool. My carbon seatpost clearly states a maximum torque of 5 Nm, but no torque wrench was used. I assumed everything had been done correctly and didn't think to double-check their work. Shortly after leaving, I was riding at about 20 mph and hit a very small bump in the road. My seatpost suddenly dropped under my weight, which completely threw me off balance and caused me to crash into the nearby grass. This could have easily resulted in a serious crash. Because the seatpost slipped, the carbon seatpost was also scraped when it slid down into the frame under my weight, which is concerning for a carbon component. To make matters worse, after spending $100 on the fit, I left without any documentation of the final measurements or where my saddle height and positions were set. I essentially walked away without knowing what my final setup was supposed to be. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I trusted the shop to properly adjust my bike and ensure it was safe to ride. Instead, I left with a slipping seatpost, damage to my carbon seatpost, and no record of the fit measurements. For something as important as bike setup and rider safety, I expected much better.
