Also features a really old cannon in the parking lot between the swimming pool and gold course. At the second playground there is a swingset for wheelchairs and toddler seats. I was expecting thugs who were all jacked up on adrenaline after working out to be hanging around just looking for a chance to show how tough they were. Instead, I met a nice guy named Coach Terry who ran a clean and very family friendly gym. When I say "gym", think of the first Rocky movie, not Planet Fitness. I have watched Terry with the kids and he seems like a really nice guy. Plus, he starts every session with a group prayer. You've got to love that. My son is exhausted when he leaves each time but he's learning a lot and getting great exercise.
