Early in the morning or late at night it's not too busy, during daytime hours it tends to get pretty crowded. Locker rooms/showers are decent, but there's been a lot of paper towel trash and such scattered around on several occasions when I go in. They're okay, but not great. One of the main reasons I chose this gym was because it had a sauna. However, it would be nice if it were given a good cleaning once in a while. In the four years I've been here, I've never seen it get a full deep clean. A few spots of the benches are cracked and the heater has broken down on several occasions over the past few months. Sauna needs an overhaul in general, but is in desperate need of a real cleaning. Staff, no complaints at all. The staff is probably the best thing this place has going for it. I've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but have never had an issue with any of them. Every staff member I've interacted with has been good people.

Contract details weren't clear, and when I tried to cancel in advance, they talked me out of it and said I should put my account on hold. When putting my account on hold, they did not inform me that it would be a $30 every month That it was on hold. When I finally realized three months later that they were charging me, I called to cancel. Then they hit me with a $100 cancellation fee. Just a heads-up for those considering their services!

Oh, and she has no record of me being there, BUT she canceled for me as a courtesy. How did she do that if there is no record of me coming to cancel? That doesn't make sense. This has been so mishandled. It took a month to get anywhere and then it's by text at 10:30PM. So unprofessional! I will dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunate!

The equipment is top-of-the-line (treadmills, water rowers, dumbbells, benches, resistance bands, bosu balls, and other assorted equipment). The coaches are highly-trained professional trainers who push and encourage us to do our best and beyond what we think we can achieve. I have been a member of Anytime Fitness since 2016, and for many years I had a positive experience…read more Unfortunately, this is not the case at this location Because there are no Anytime Fitness locations available to me in the Middle East, I attempted to pause or cancel my membership before deployment. Since March, I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue. I called the gym on at least eight separate occasions and never received an answer or a return call. The only way I was able to get a response was by submitting an online inquiry as if I were a new prospective customer. Remarkably, I was contacted almost immediately. During that conversation, I discovered that the gym had opened two separate accounts in my name and had been charging me for both for years. When I raised this issue, I was assured that it would be corrected. Instead of resolving the problem, the situation escalated to the point that I was sent to collections when I was assured I would not be making more monthly payments. I made every reasonable effort to work with the gym directly and resolve this matter amicably. Instead, I am now having to involve military legal assistance while deployed to deal with. It is extremely disappointing to be treated this way by a business that promotes itself as veteran-owned and supportive of service members.
