Hired ProEnd for a small commercial project under $3000. Overall good experience. The estimator was fast and did a solid down to earth project scope and price. The painting crew did a good job for "contractor level." Not high custom level, but good as expected. There was some splatter noticed days later, gray paint on a grey tile floor. So they could have slowed down a little bit and prevented splatter better. There was some debris on the floor after drywall repair. Great fast job repairing the walls. Could have wiped or vacuumed cleaner though. Overall recommended and worth getting a bid from. Subtracted 1 star for the rushed cleanup. read more

Substandard, sloppy exterior painting. I cannot recommend this company. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the prep work and painting of the exterior of my house was poor. Defective pressure washing equipment actually damaged my deck. Any hand painting was so sloppy that paint was spattered on my deck, my driveway, my plants, you name it. Contacts with the owner, in writing and by phone, have not resulted in any follow-up discussion. read more

It's hard to find great workmanship in this day and age, I can't say enough about Victor, Gabe and Jo, on time hard workers, very considerate of your property, when they are done they ask you to come outside and do a walk around to be sure everything was done and that you are happy. I did not get any work done by this company, however I did ask for someone to come out and do a quote. Because of my multiple mistakes with the address, it's a house that I'm looking to purchase, he made several attempts to come out and do the bid. When he did come out, he could have given me a bid to just paint the house, but he didn't. He let me know that the siding needed to be replaced and that painting it wasn't what was best for the house and then gave me references of people who he got in touch with who would call me for siding work. He was great at listening to exactly what we wanted and why we wanted the whole inside painted. He was able to help us choose what type of paint would work best for our family (we needed something that is easily cleaned). Great job by Pro End Painting. I first used them to paint the interior of my house right before I was selling it up in Tukwila. Not only a great price and a spot-on job, they also did some mill-work that a previous contractor had damaged. But the real reason for this review is the painting job they just completed at my house in Auburn. Everyone working was courteous. The paint job itself is great. The trim work was done by hand is the whole house really looks sharp. The price was competitive, and included spraying down the house before hand, clearing out the space needed to do the painting, as well as caulking any joints that had come loose. For the fixtures, they didn't just tape over them, they removed them to get the best paint coating possible. Really above and beyond. I would definitely use them again! read more

Really professional company to deal with. I had them come in after I had popcorn ceilings removed which required some real expertise in making the ceilings look good again. Turns out they can do all sorts of jobs so we had them lay some LVP and repaint the entire upstairs. I'm a first-time owner and needed to get the entire interior of my house repainted before I moved in - which happened to be the week before Thanksgiving. I searched Yelp and found ProEnd Painting. Customer Service: 5/5 My first impression of Josh is actually what sealed the deal for me. He couldn't come out to see the house in-person due to the tight turn-around. Instead of saying "sorry, goodbye", he asked me to send him photos of the house so he could give me the quote. I was really impressed by how hard he worked to accommodate my nutty schedule and the limited time frame. Price: 5/5 I won't lie - the price was on the higher-end compared to the others I called. However, Josh has a lifetime guarantee that I will love my paint so I took him up on it. It was well worth it because... Work Quality: 4.5/5 The team worked FAST. They finished my 1300 sq ft home in about 2 days (WHAT). I was stoked to see it... until I realized that I could see the patches of darker test paint through the light shade that I had chosen as well as a long crack in the paint in my living room. Dismayed, I immediately called Josh and he promised to send his guys the next work day (I called Sunday night - and he answered!) They painted it a 2nd time, and it looked great until move-in day. After moving in, I realized there were 2 other cracks and minor flaws in the paint. Again, I called Josh and he sends his guys pretty much the next day. The customer service is mind-blowing. The one drawback in this entire experience was that although the paint job and customer service is awesome, there were little paint flecks and smears everywhere - sprinkles of paint on the stair banister, bathroom counters, kitchen counter tops, smears on the brass door handles and hinges, etc. Perhaps this is normal, but I was unhappy that I had to clean (and am still cleaning) paint here, there, everywhere. I recently had my parent's home painted and spruced up to be put on the market . This was no small project, as the house is five stories, situated on the side of a cliff, and also water front. Way overpriced for the work they do. The employees left splatter paint all over the patios, a gate and even the driveway. They also moved a planter to the grass and left it there. When I returned a week later, the grass was dead underneath the planter. Giant clumpy drips of paint on all the roof eaves. While they did return to try and clean up for a day, they only cleaned up about 50% of the mess they left. Pro-end painting scraped the paint marks off of the patios with a wire brush. Now there are scrape marks all over the patios. I'm not sure how they have so money good reviews. I did not have a good experience with Pro-End Painting. read more
