Xpel of Little Rock removed the old film and reinstalled. They were True professionals and did a phenomenal job the way that it should've been done the first time. I will bring every car that I have back to them for any of their services. I would not hesitate letting them work on any vehicle. They certainly are not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. Brought my car in to be tinted, it was a small shop and I didn't fully think they knew what they…read morewere doing and I was right. After the tinting process was over I noticed that the bubbles that are suppose to disappear didn't. I sent them photos of the bubbles and they agreed that indeed the tint had to be redone. They also didn't put my door panels back on correctly and on the second visit they replaced the tint and fixed the door panels. Fast forward and again there were bubbles on every window. Again I sent photos of the windows to the owner of the business and he again agreed to repair the windows or offered me a small percent back. I wasn't going to bring my car back to this place a third time because I had zero confidence in them. They also damaged the window seals and didn't correct before putting the door panels back on resulting in extreme streaking and a 8"-10" scratch from the window being forced outwards as the hard part of the seal to keep the window in the correct track, again result of their work. The owner never once said sorry. Never took any blame and as I was trying to work this out he straight blocked me from his business page I was contacting him through without a reason so I now cannot review on Facebook or go to the page. I'm going to a specialist to confirm what damage was all done because the scratch on the window cannot be removed, the whole pane of glass would need to be replaced. They always had their huge doors open when working and I thought that wasn't a great idea because dirt could get on the window from the wind blowing stuff in and I was right. This is a small garage shop not the professional style place you'd want to take your car. They don't have the tools or knowledge to do the job right. Learn from my lesson and avoid this shop! The owner is rude and unprofessional and I question how long they've actually been doing tint because it was absolutely horrible. If you have a problem with this shop contact BBB and make a report. The photo of Facebook messenger shows how incorrect the seal is and the photo also shows the page is unavailable and I cannot write another message or go to the Facebook business page. What a crook.

He doesn't provide you with the tint you request he uses whatever he has available. Then promises to redo your tint but then hides from his obligation. He doesn't charge taxes only accept cash and hides his money in his mother's bank account so child support won't collect back due payments. I wonder what the government, IRS and Child support agencies are going to say when they find out? The owner of ARKANSAS CAR STEREO is just as unscrupulous.
