Had a dash cam installed. Very professional installation. Hard wired the camera into the cars electrical system.

Didn't listen to a word I had to say. Basically told me what I was gonna get and rushed my car into the garage cause they were slow... messed up my sub woofer, messed up my Sirius XM, and after spending almost $1300 I was told I was going to have to spend more to get the things they messed up fixed...waited 3+ weeks on a call to fix said mistakes and was run in circles! I had these folks install a new audio system in my chev Xolorado, the workmanship seems to be good. The problem arised when I got ho e and realised that they had installed a cheaper head set, without Android Auto, as I had requested and paid a premium. Salesman admitted they made a mistake and said he would have the unit replaced. That was over three weeks ago. The salesman will not call me about status of my new unit, I have to call him and 5hen he acts like he has forgotten or supplier has not answered. Last Friday I called him and asked if we could get together and resolve the issue. When I got to the store, it was closed. So much for negotiations. read more

Asked the guy for 2 10's and a 1000 watt amp. He said ok it will be a $1000. when I returned he said he put 12s in it which I thought was odd but I paid the guy and went on my day. So I left and went on home and on the ride home it didn't sound like a 1000 watt amp was connected. Once I arrived home I checked the amp. The guy had put a 250 watt amp and didn't say a thing to me about it. I go back to the store pissed and the guy tells me " there's nothing I can do. you are using your factory deck, it would sound like shit if there was any bigger of an amp. if u put a bigger amp than the one I put in there it distorts the music". There may have been some truth to that statement but I wanted a 1000 watt amp and 2 10s and the guy just put what ever he felt like in it, with out saying a word to me. read more

I had my aftermarket car audio installed by an amateur, so I took it to Auto Audio to fix everything professionally. Everyone in town knows this is the place to go because they've been in business so many years. They did a great job. They quoted me $200 and it ended up being $330, which is to be expected in this business. Worth not having to fool with it myself! They don't buy used equipment like some other shops do. They could be a little friendlier in the customer service field, but their work was great and that's what matters. They did exactly what I needed them to do. Avoid this company for tinting your windows! I recently had my windows tinted on my pickup truck at this business. Upon immediate inspection after the work was completed I discovered a few problems with the back glass. I pointed this out to them and they argued with me about how it's done. I insisted they fix it and they did repair it. However, the next day I found even more flaws. Slivers of light coming through in a few locations. I paid a higher price than several other locations around town expecting quality work and have not received it. This is the type of work that small details stand out. After everything else I discovered they had also sliced through the stickers I have on my back glass. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated! I recommend finding a different place for window tinting. read more
