The people here were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the options, the differences between ceramic and carbon tint, and what would work best for my car. They answered all my questions before the appointment, kept me updated, and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. They made it clear several times that if I wasn't completely satisfied, I could bring the car back and they'd make it right. So far, there's been no reason to--I'm really happy with how it turned out. Overall, great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. Xpel of Little Rock removed the old film and reinstalled. They were True professionals and did a phenomenal job the way that it should've been done the first time. I will bring every car that I have back to them for any of their services. I would not hesitate letting them work on any vehicle. They certainly are not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. Smash & grab late Saturday afternoon left our F250 with a shattered & missing driver door window…read more... right before forecasted rain and big drop in temps, of course. Checked the website and filled out Capitol's online form, not really knowing what to expect. Long story short: New window was installed and all the shattered glass vacuumed up by 11 AM on Monday morning. Wow! Phenomenal customer service and a fair price.
