I took my 2017 Ram in for service, they called me and told me it was sealed and did not need service, so no charge. Some might have done a little bit like suck out the old fluid and put in new, but they did not take advantage of me. Transmission work is difficult, and I have never had one fail but appreciate that some people have a bad experience(s.) I do not think I would ever buy a rebuilt transmission at all from anybody (would buy new if I had to) but I have two buddies who did get rebuilds 4-5 years ago from Budget and they could not be happier.

Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate!
