Until.... I called the UPS store on Sergeant Road. (Mind you I have never been to Sioux City and this was an Ebay purchase I was lucky enough to have the seller drop off). I was fortunate to have reached an employee there named Calissa that worked with me on an amazing quote for packing + shipping and communicated well throughout. My heavy picture & frame not only arrived on time, but it was the most amazing job I have ever seen. It took me over 30 minutes to get everything unboxed as the attention to detail with bubble packs and foam assured absolutely nothing was out of place. Hands down the best job for the price I could have ever hoped for! Big A+ to UPS and Calissa for the hard work and expertise! Bravo! Go HERE if you want your package shipped right!

When you walk in to get 3 copies made on 11x17 paper and there are 3 people standing ("working") in…read morethe copy center and you are told you have to leave them and come back later to pick them up - shaking my head! No wonder there was only 1 other customer in the store! Definitely won't be in a hurry to go back in there. UPS Store right across the road made my copies and I was on my way home in less than 5 minutes, including the time it took me to drive over there from Staples. RIDICULOUS- poor customer to say the least! Wouldn't have given 1 star if it would have let me.

Store hours on Saturday are listed on door to open at 9am. Stood outside door until 9:07am when…read moreone employee open front door and said the store could not be opened until employees came to work. Said employees were calling in and that calls were made for other employees to cover the store. This wasted our time waiting for the store to open and then having to come back to find the one item we were looking for to be priced 15% higher than buying it online at Staples. Not sure if this is the case with all items, but I will not shop at the store again realizing this.

Never did see it but at 7:00 neighbor knocked at my door with package in her hand. Driver left outside of secured door where anyone could have picked up. He never rang my busser to let him in and did not leave by my door. I canceled doing anything else waiting for him. I called the office and they said it would be here by closing, 7:00. Any time I have something delivered from FedEx, it's always damaged. Boxes are crushed, and others have holes. Whenever I order something that has to be delivered by FedEx, I usually try to get something delivered from ups. ​I'm just very disappointed with FedEx. I can't get pictures downloaded. I'll try again.
