At this point it was an hour before takeoff and six hours before landing, so I sent them a message and left a voicemail with my flight info, name, etc. When we landed, I had the delayed confirmation email and there was a text from the driver checking that we'd just landed. Thank you for taking an experience that could have been a disaster and stepping up on Christmas morning.

Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

This shifted our entire vacation, and they made it incredibly easy to rebook both our second ride to the airport and our return pickup for completely different days. At one point, after our original flight was cancelled around 3 AM, I texted to see if they could possibly pick us up from the airport. They responded immediately and offered to come get us. Although we ended up making other arrangements because of the wait, I was so impressed by how responsive and willing to help they were -- even at 3 AM! Our return trip brought even more delays and another cancellation, with our pickup changing from 2 AM, to 7 AM, and finally to 10 AM. There were MANY texts back and forth throughout this trip, and they were always responsive, patient, professional, and accommodating. On top of the exceptional communication, they were always on time, and all three drivers we had were wonderful -- professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
