Silver Creek Dental of Payson is the the most efficient dental office I have ever trusted my dental…read morework to and if I could give them 10 stars I would. My experience with the staff has been amazing. They put the needs and care of the patient first. The personable feelings I get from going there make me feel like my dental health and well being are always their priority. Dr. Storey is the most kind, knowledgeable, honest, and caring dentist (and he isn't bad to look at either). He came highly recommended from friends and family. I drive quite a distance to have my dental work done there and it is totally worth the trip. I can tell you that he is the best dentist ever when giving shots because he has a way of making them not hurt. He asks constantly during treatment how you are feeling and the staff always asks if they can do anything for me while I am there. This type of care is very different from the other dental offices I have gone to that just run you through like cattle. I have had cavities, root canals, crowns, and a bridge and the work I get is second to none. I have never had any of the procedures fail but I am very fanatical about keeping my teeth cleaned and flossed because Dr. Storey instructed me that my dental care has bearing on the longevity on his work. It is a partnership between my dentist and me and I think we make a great team. And their equipment is the latest and greatest!!! They can do a crown in the same day! Who knew!!! I have never felt like Dr. Storey or the staff are only in the business for the money. They are so good at explaining what procedures are critical and what are only suggestions. They also answer my cosmetic dental questions with ideas. But it is ultimately my decision on what is done. They explain my costs to the best of their ability so I know up front approximately what my out of pocket expenses are before I have any work done. This alone makes my mind at ease because things now days cost so much. Silver Creek Dental of Payson and Dr. Storey get my full vote for best dental office and dental work and I highly recomment them to anyone looking for a new dentist. You won't regret making the change!!!

Short Story: I was amazed by this place. I was nervous…read moregoing end because you think root canal=pain. This is so not the case. The only thing I feel were the two numbing shots and nothing after that, amazing! I would recommend Maple Ridge to anyone. Long Story: I was on vacation in Utah when I started having severe tooth pain. I saw a dentist, Dr. Huntington, in Santaquin and he recommended a rot canal done by Maple Ridge. They were able to see me the next day. They asked I filled out the paper work online (mrendo.com) which made things so much simpler. I walked into the clinic and was greeted by my name, which is great. They had the paperwork printed that I filled out online, I just had to sign and I was checked in. I waited a few minutes and went back to my chair. They get you in on time, another great thing. I had some x-rays taken and small talk which helped lower my anxiety level. I was also offered nitrous oxide to help as well. The doctor came in and verified that my back molar was cracked and a root canal was needed. He explained exactly what he was going to do and drew on the x-ray the process. He numbed my mouth and away we went. I felt absolutely nothing after the last shot. I've had more pain getting a cavity filled than this root canal. 100% recommend Dr Cradon! On small note on bedside manor, it was incredible. They helped me stay calm and walked me through everything. You can't ask for better. This goes for the office staff too. Thanks Maple Ridge Endodontics!

Dr. Bonnie was great with both of them and took time to answer questions and get to know us. He wanted to know us a people, not just talk about our teeth. The reason I do this is because I am not able to find comparable services at competitive prices nearer my home. By age 75, I have had plenty of dental visits. Sadly, one chronic problem is the OVER-sell by greedy dentists who are the only ones who know what work is really needed verses what's superfluous and simply profitable for them. I have NEVER had this concern with Dr. Bonny. I also find him extremely competent and very creative when it comes to recognizing and addressing dental issues. He is very efficient and treats me like a human being that he cares about. His staff is the same way. You can feel the admiration of his employees for the quality of care they are providing as a TEAM. What more can I say? To me, he is the dentist by which all other dentists who have served me in the past must be measured. I recommend him without hesitation and without reservation! djo

Let's start from the beginning, went into have a general check up. I needed a root canal, came back…read morea few days later to get it worked on. In the middle of the procedure they closed me up and put a temporary filling in and told me they didn't have enough time to complete it and to come back in again. I had already expressed I had surgery coming up, the dentist recommended I take Tylenol and Ibuprofen back to back for the root canal pain. Called my doctor, turns out I wasn't suppose to be taking ibuprofen within a week of surgery. I could be wrong, but I do feel that is something a dentist should know. SO they wanted to complete my root canal a day before my surgery...my husband went in and asked if there was a way I could be scheduled sooner. One of the employees said maybe that Friday and would go ask. She left in back to find out and came back saying yes we can do Friday. She told my husband it's all set and in the schedule. Came in that Friday and turns out it wasn't put in the schedule...to complete the root canal. By this point we were getting very frustrated. Who ever made the mistake denied that they scheduled me in and said they only told my husband maybe. We ended up scheduling a week after my surgery, so I would have an unfinished root canal for 2 weeks by this point. GO IN to my scheduled appointment a week after my surgery, I am told the dentist decided he wanted to refer me out to an endo. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING. The dentist didn't feel he could complete it with how bad it was, which is totally fine...but what isn't fine is going into this dentis office for a 3rd time for this tooth and just now he is saying this. He had two weeks to inform me! I should have been called and notified so I could have gotten something scheduled sooner! This was plenty of time for him to figure it out and know if he should finish it. So the dentist gave me a referral for an endo...GREAT EXCEPT for the fact he didn't bother to see if my insurance would cover with the new place. So I had to find somewhere else to go...ALSO, the dentist I think was way in over his head taking on my root canal. He was new and should have sent me to an endo from the beginning, I could tell he was excited to do this procedure. SO MUCH of my time has been waisted. I have never said the F word at any body. I did here. That's how horrible it was. When my husband went in and paid for his work on his teeth he was charged 90%. Our insurance covers 80% and we pay 20%...I think they were training a new person which is understandable but it was just ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER. Then on top of it I went to half price dental and they told me I had a file in my canal and they couldn't work on it. The dentist here at All Around Dental didn't BOTHER TO TELL ME AND KNEW FOR WEEKS. I signed a form saying that this was a possibility and I would be sent somewhere else but it never said, we will keep it a secret if it happens! Or we will tell you to go somewhere else 2 weeks later...I could have had this done sooner, the tooth hurt and I was ready to have it over with. This should have been priority to figure out and tell me. I am just blown away. This office is so dysfunctional, when they were working on my mouth there were a few things the dentist wanted that they didn't have so they had to improvise...no one has the dentists back and is ok talking bad about him. SO DYSFUNCTIONAL. THEN when I finally went to the Endodontist turns out there was a second file broken in my canal, a tiny one and a 4.2 mm one. The endo expressed the dentist should have told me, not waited to inform me to go else where and that was not good practice.
