Overall I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Trapnell. Prior to settling on him I had 3 places set up that I was going to investigate, but after my initial meeting with Dr. Trapnell I didn't need to even bother going anywhere else. Dr. Trapnell and his staff are very professional and polite. They explained to me the condition of my mouth in great detail and the options I had to choose from for treatment. He was very willing to listen to me and hear my concerns. Dr. Trapnell and his staff explained to me everything they did throughout the entire processes and were always willing to address any concerns I had. As an adult with substantial crowding and a pretty good overbite I was very skeptical on whether or not I should get braces, but in the end I have absolutely no regrets what so ever and am extremely happy with my results, and the way my teeth look now. Trapnell Orthodontics in Springville with Dr. Brian Trapnell is a professional company. They are kind and encouraging to 2 of my children who had both phases of braces. I am impressed with how they handled my son who has ADHD and didn't like having the braces placed on his teeth. They were calm and helped him remain calm as they carefully put the braces on. They gave me many options when he had a hard time remembering his bands for his teeth. They worked with me on payment options when I wasn't able to pay in full. We have 2 more children who will need braces in the coming years. Dr. Trapnell has been an Awesome Orthodontist! Not only has he straighten my daughters teeth without pulling any of her teeth (everyone else wanted to), he caught her tongue thrust issue; something I didn't even know she had. He coached us on what to do and recommended a speech therapist. Come to find out that if he would not have caught this, we probably would have had to pay for braces and second or even third time due to the tongue pushing the teeth back out! Plus, it saved us from issues like a deviated septum, snoring and breathing issues down the road!! I am truly Thankful to Dr. Trapnell for catching this and doing such a great job!! Trapnell orthodontics have done a good job of taking care of my daughter's teeth. They are professional, friendly, and expediant. I've always been able to get my daughter in when a brace breaks. Beyond that, I've been impressed by the way they take care of their more anxious patients. The day my daughter got her braces there was another young man getting his braces on. We went to several orthodontist and they told us some of the problems my children had, were not going to get the the best results. We drove down to Springville from Provo, about 15 minutes, because off good review and not only did he say he could fix the gap's and spacing problems but guaranteed them for us.
