Just called to inquire about printing game sheets for a bridal shower. Off the bat the lady who answered the phone couldn't have sounded more irritated. I described the job I was inquiring about and she explained that customizing a print out would take 24 hours. Told her that I had templates so everything was all ready to print. Instead of saying we have a lot of job orders today or our turn-around time is a couple of hours, I got a, "well you're still going to have to wait a couple of hours". That's no problem for me since I'm not trying to jump ahead of anyone. So I proceeded to ask my other questions. Also asked if they had cardstock available and if I would be able to see what type of cardstock they have in stock. This is clearly where I messed up and had the audacity to ask such a silly question! After this she just got super annoyed so she answered with a very irritated, "yes?" then silence. So I reiterated and asked, "Okay, where can I see that? Is it available online?" in which she responds, "no..." "you have to come in store". Okay lady, well say that next time? I'm not a mind reader. At this point I'm just over her attitude so I ask her if this job was just too much to handle today and that I had no problem going somewhere else. She says no but I truly didn't want to waste any of her time and mine so that was the end of the conversation. I've been using this Professional Imagine for a couple months now, and I can say that this has to be my favorite location! Wendi is amazing! She is really on it when it comes to responding and giving an estimated time of when your project will be completed! The packaging of the final project is impeccable! OMG!!! Why did it take me so long to find this place. Need a poster board/sign for your graduate so people can find them after the ceremony? Need personalized signs for your center pieces? And yes, they do do banners. I was referred to this place by one of their competitors when I didn't want to pay an exorbitant $$$ for a graphics designer. All I needed was four small personalized signs. Their graphic design was 1/2 the price then the other place. Their print work was about the same. What really made the difference was the staff. In business, time is money. I had everything accomplished in a brief amount of time and even got instructions on how to mount my poster board so I can save money. They validate parking for their building. I parked at Ala Moana shopping center and walk over. They were so efficient, I was able to grab a bite to eat before my next appointment. Addendum: Picked up my order today. Final product was so AWSOME! that I ordered more. Cindy took the initiative to use black foam board since my color theme was black & red. Starting a small business isn't easy. My partner and I decided to start an organic skin care line. We needed labels for our products and needed them fast! We tried the whole "vistaprint" and online labeling sites but were greeted by the outrageous shipping fees. We decided to turn to our trusty smartphones in search of a local printing shop. My regular copy shop was closed because of Veteran's day so I decided to give Professional Image a call. A very nice man named Joey answered the phone and gave me a quote on my color copies that I needed done that day. I emailed everything to him and he was nice enough to give me a call back to let me know that he had received my document. Fast and Friendly!! I've been running errands for my friends to pickup fliers, tags, copies and its always from here. I used to think that only Kinko does these fancy printing so why need all other locations. I was wrong. I am so glad I was introduced to ProImage. This place is called "Professional" Image for a reason. They are definitely professional AND friendly. I decided to print business cards for work here. (remember I only picked up the finished products for my friend) So I was clueless on how it worked. I googled their name and was directed to the site immediately. First thing I noticed *CHECK US OUT ON YELP* haha. awesome. So I checked out their website and decided to email them for a quote. Less than 24 hours I got a call personally by a Shawna. I like that they give you a call cuz it eliminated emailing back and forth questions and so forth. She answered my question and sent me the pricing on my specific project. I compared it with an mainland online printing and it was the same if not BETTER because you avoid the shipping fee. I told her that I decided to continue with them and she said Great, it'll be ready the next day after 2 PM. All within 48 hours. My boss was happy, I was happy, ProImageHawaii has a new customer. I'd say we're all happy campers and I understand why they have that sign about yelp because it motivated me to write a review for them. They deserve it. Have a project you need to complete ASAP? Turn to Pro Image. They won't let you down! LOCATION: they are located on the ground level of PAN AM building. PARKING: its in the back by where the old BLOCKBUSTERS used to be. In all honesty, I would have come here anyway just because they were open early. It's all the better, though, that the service was excellent, the staff was ultra helpful, and the copy job was done well. To top things off, the price ended up being way less than I had anticipated paying for color copies on glossy paper. We didn't even have to wait as the turn around for our job was instant. If you're not already downtown, the easiest parking is probably in front of the post office near the Kamehameha statue. I know where to head to now for all future copying needs. read more

I wanted a small job of printing my resume for interview, and the gentleman Joey Robello treated this little task as though it was as big as doing something for the convention center... Joey was extremely busy with other projects but he inspected the paper, the font and helped with suggestion of paper all I spent was one dollar and he treated me as though I spent 5000. I saw the posters and flyers they were producing and the quality and color saturation was fantastic. I don't go on yelp often to review but when you get such quality service, instead of hunting - save time and go here. Came here to get a estimate of how much to print about 50 invitations and ended up getting them printed here! The workers here are very friendly. This was my first time going to a place to print out stuff and I had no idea there was different card stocks to pick from! It took about an hour to get the printing done, which was perfect! I wish you could give 10 STARS, this is a company that cares about its customer and the quality of work that it produces. This was a particular hard time for my family as we met with them for my fathers memorial service. It started from when we walked into the store, Ty Sepulveda, greeted us, and took over helping us meet our printing needs. Ty offered his condolances, and proceeded to help with the printing arrangments, he provided cost estimates, suggestions, and feedback. I provided a mock up of the memorial bulletin using a template from the internet (bad idea), it did not look right which I later found out was not my fault. Ty took the initiative to look up the template to realize the template was bad, and with my permission as there was a cost involved (fair price), worked with the graphic designers and produced a better bulletin than the original!!!!. Ty provided daily updates to the printing, and its progress making sure everything was to my mothers satisfaction! The price is extremely reasonable and the quality of work excellent. WOW!! Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed doing business with Professional Image Inc. I called up and placed an order. I sent them my file. They asked me if I needed the project done the same day. I said yes. They told me they would call me when it was done. One hour later they call me. Wendy helps me out. I later find out that the store closes at 5 pm, and she is still talking to me after 5:25 pm. MEANING: She knew by doing my order she would be leaving late that day, but because these people are so amazingly professional, she thought it was more important for me to get the finished product than it was for her to go home on time.
