Great work and customer service! The back of my Jaguar F-pace was hit by a truck and scratched and dented to where they had to replace and paint it. I was nervous for anyone to do it due to the color being a little different, but Professional Paint and Body went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They gave frequent updates about where my car was in the process and were very kind and efficient! My car was clean and detailed when we picked it up, and they even took care of getting my rental car back to Hertz. We have had two cars repaired by PP&B and they are amazing! Recently we worked with Kelly and she went way above and beyond to have my son's truck ready for him. Oh, as we were leaving I asked the person that brought the truck out how to do touch up work (on some of the nicks and dings). He went to the back and brought me some touch up paint that they had mixed and used on the truck and told me how to use it. Just another example of how this place treats people right. I highly recommend Professional Paint & Body. They were communicative, and called me several times while my car was in their shop to let me know updates. The quality of the work on my car was great -- several panels/areas were dinged up from when I sideswiped a brick wall -- and when estimating it out, they pointed out to me all the different areas that would be worked on. She genuinely cares about her customers, and it always shows. I have never been fortunate enough to meet the individuals performing the body work, but the outcome has always been amazing!
