When the therapist did a consult he expressed concern about me having diabetes based on touching my toes. I went for a physical , no where near having diabetes. Maybe he should have focused on me getting therapy for my ankle. One out of 3 front desk people is friendly but that person didn't know much either. First visit I knew I had a co pay for my visits . Receptionist insists no. This went on for about three weeks. I called my insurance, they said I did, then I get stuck with a big charge. The billing is also off because when you think you are paying a co pay for a specfic visit you are not. Really screwed up. I see they learned nothing from prior reviewer in 2023.

As a surgeon, he is meticulous, thorough and highly skilled. He operated on my left shoulder in January 2015 and it is amazing how much better my shoulder feels in the short time following. My boyfriend suffered serious injuries to both shoulders last year and Dr. Milchteim has since successfully operated on both, giving him back the hope/motivation he had lost. He tried to call me once, but missed me. He then kept texting me that he would call me shortly to discuss results and next step....No calls. After a period of time I texted him again, and he said he would call me in a few hours. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call. I can only assume either he is too busy to pay proper attention to his patients, or he forgot about me, or he is just ghosting me...I did my best to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this is at minimal rude and unprofessional behavior, and even unethical.

The pain fluctuates daily between 6 and 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, with ten being the worst.
