Having someone so organized and attentive made the process completely stress-free. For my therapy, I worked with Alexia Santiago , an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), during my 25 treatment visits in 12 weeks. Alexia was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were evident from day one. She not only focused on my in-office treatments but also created a detailed home therapy regimen tailored specifically to my recovery progress. One thing that really stood out was the excellent web-based therapy program provided by Professional Hand Therapy. It included instructional videos and guided exercises that made it easy to stay consistent and confident with my home therapy.
