I went for the plain films, and after about 7-10 days I called the office to speak with him regarding the findings on the x-rays and what comes next. I was told that I needed an in person visit to discuss, which is not normal procedure just to discuss results of tests that a Dr orders. I asked for him to call me. He tried to call me once, but missed me. He then kept texting me that he would call me shortly to discuss results and next step....No calls. After a period of time I texted him again, and he said he would call me in a few hours. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call. I can only assume either he is too busy to pay proper attention to his patients, or he forgot about me, or he is just ghosting me...I did my best to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this is at minimal rude and unprofessional behavior, and even unethical.

Incredibly rude staff & nurses, some are okay, but many lack kindness & professionalism. i had to admit my father today & this was the worst visit we've had here yet! While signing in at the emergency room desk & explaining the serious situation we had going on the receptionist was actually watching tiktoks & grinning at her phone. I thought nurses were suppose to be comforting & nurturing, but every single one we encountered had the worst attitude. Not only to us & my father but to every other patient around us. One nurse seriously yelled & got nasty with an elderly patient telling her to "RELAX, STOP" & to "TAKE A NAP". Overall a really dissatisfying experience.

The pain fluctuates daily between 6 and 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, with ten being the worst. Dr. Lieberman shared all the possible treatments and respected my choice to try Physical Therapy (PT) first. As of today, the PT is having little to no effect.
